Where can I get a good quality gemstone choker necklace for DD?

My DD has asked for a choker necklace like this pic. I've found a couple of very cheap ones but does anyone know where I can get one that's made of proper gold?

Be careful re Monica Vinader. Their stuff looks lovely but doesn't last well. I've returned a ring where the stone fell out and 2 different sets of earrings that just broke. A friend of mine has also had a similar experience. A real shame.

@froggyfroggyfrogfrog you do realise that only the clasp and extender chain would be 'proper' metal in this sort of design?
This is a simple strung bead necklace, on beading thread or wire (stainless steel) then attached to a small clasp and extender.
So a very small part of the value.

Sadly I don't think you will get a proper gold one for £200.

You can get silver or gold vermeil which is silver heavily gold plated.
