Where can I get a good quality gemstone choker necklace for DD?

My DD has asked for a choker necklace like this pic. I've found a couple of very cheap ones but does anyone know where I can get one that's made of proper gold?

unfortunately this has been my experience too. They look beautiful in the pics but ime the quality isn’t that much different from the much cheaper stuff that appears around this time of year in tkmaxx.
Swarovski on the other hand I have always found to be great , the gems sparkle brilliantly.
