It's been a little quiet on the exciting edit and beauty releases front what with all the advent malarky but summer is drawing to a close and soon those autumn/winter releases and holiday edits will be popping up to tempt us.

I am no expert! But when you go on tik tok search for latest in beauty. Click on that account. That brings up some headings along the top, one of which is shop. Click that.

I have also only got the £30.60 price for one box but can get 3 for £75.80 as have different vouchers kicking over £80 spend so if you wanted multiples, or have friends that want one, club together.
I did get it earlier for £24.xx but am tempted to order more 🙈. Crappy A/Cs have a lot to answer for! Off to look at what else they have…

I'm chalking it up as a penalty payment to avoid getting sucked into TikTok. Feel like I'd spend a lot more if I was let anywhere near TikTok shop.

I noticed that someone else mentioned that they've not had any communication re the neom candle. I'm in the same boat, but I also haven't heard anything about the dry shampoo that I ordered the day before, I received part of my order and now it says order delivered. I've asked spacenk who have just told me to refer to my emails 🙄 it's really poor! I'm also struggling to get a reply from Primark about an outstanding c+c order with them that seems to have gone missing and vinted still haven't replied to my issue re the dodgy vinted buyer who cancelled the order. I feel like I'm just chasing everyone at the moment 🙈

That was me @JoRaRaRa . They’ve taken the full order amount from my account but yet I am missing two items with zero communication. I’ve emailed CS but no reply. Not impressed!

Yeah, I checked and they've taken the full balance for both my orders too. Primark have as well. I don't mind if they communicate but it just feels like it's been forgotten.

Hmm. I too have received half of my Space NK order but not the Sisley gift set. The full money has been taken and no communication regarding the missing item.

That’s bad re SNK. I got my Neom candles but I also emailed to complain about the state of some of the boxes (the SNK Shimmering Spice, not the Neom) and they gave me £5 in Ndulge points. Hopefully they get back to you all soon (and you perhaps get some points out of it too!).

I’ve found them rather willing to hand out points recently. I got £5 in points a week or two ago because of an order I used my Limitless Next Day Delivery for taking 5 days to arrive (non sale).

I'm missing 2 candles (SNK not Neom) and a Kate Somerville cleansing set from from my SNK order. To be honest, I wouldn't be unhappy if they cancelled it as I assume by this point I'd be able to keep the GWP as it was delivered with the first part of the order - I only bought them because I got carried away! But when they had all the warehouse problems earlier in the year it took several weeks for an order to arrive, so I suspect it'll need to be a while yet before they agree to refund.

Between the various “sun” edits (CB, LiB & Boots for sure, maybe another one too), I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by SPF, although also quite excited to have some good quality options to try.

I packed quite a few for Bali. Nearly finished the first Roundlab (gorgeous & super light), enjoying the Elemis 50 as a top up when out & about, excited to open the Shiseido next. And will be using the UV spray on the beach in Lombok shortly. I think all/nearly all came via the Boots box which was definitely my favourite!

Edited to add: also love the AB sunscreen which turned up in a few edits. 7ml doesn’t look much but it does seem to last a while. And the watermelon bronze glow drops which I got last week (but can’t remember which edit!) are perfect for that “no makeup slight glow” which is a big improvement on just “no makeup” on my 52 year old pale skin. Overall I prefer the Rodial bronzing drops for actual makeup (and bought an extra LF box to have a backup) but I didn’t want to pack a glass bottle and these are great for holiday skin.

I can’t get in with bronzing drops @Fillybuster - they just make my face look dirty. I wonder what I am doing wrong🙀

I went through TCB and they had a code SPECIAL that takes off a smidge more than the one mentioned- 30% I think. The codes work on everything, not just the clearance section.

I got the Caudalie ones and I think they're excellent. Nice golden glow. I'm already pale so only use a couple of drops. They also have no issue with being added to moisturiser applied after a serum.

I've finished advanced peptides. Very on the fence, maybe I'll discover my skin loved it and it will now show me but honestly I don't know if it did anything. It didn't do any harm though.
