It's been a little quiet on the exciting edit and beauty releases front what with all the advent malarky but summer is drawing to a close and soon those autumn/winter releases and holiday edits will be popping up to tempt us.

My Oh My Cream order has arrived without the gift. I did a chat when I ordered to expressly check that it was included because it didn’t show up on my invoice and they assured me it was all fine.

And their customer service is closed over the weekend.

FFS. Why are they all so bad at this?

Oh no @TragicMuse, the GWP wasn't listed separately on my order either, and they said it would still be included, so hope it is and that you get yours sorted 😊

I had an issue with them before when they sent the wrong item. The CS was brilliant (they let me keep the - expensive - item they’d sent by mistake and sent out the correct one next day delivery), so fingers crossed 🤞 they sort this out quickly for you.

Exactly the same thing has happened to me, the order has arrived without the gift- I've emailed them and included the transcript of the conversation where they assured me it would be sent with the order.

I've also received a handbag from Frasers with the security tag still attached, so I'm not in a good mood today......

Are you me? This is exactly what has happened to me, I got in touch via email and WhatsApp and they assured me the goodie bag would be included but it hasn’t been.

Recieved the all three Dermalogica items I ordered, but no gift, nor the three free samples I ticked the box for.
Fortunately I took a screen shot of my order which is very clear that both were selected when I placed the order, and I’ve attached that to the query email I’ve now sent.
Wondering if the gifts are actually being sent out from a different location and therefore will come separately given that a few of us have reported this?

My Space Nk gwp and spritz gwp came today, slightly disappointed with the spritz as it was the Debaser and not the Debaser in Bloom.

How can you tell? This is what shows up at checkout (pic)

Also annoying about the perfume @MrsBnow12 the photo was definitely In Bloom. I haven't opened mine yet.

Fragrance edit is showing on my dispatch notification but it's not here yet, so I've got my fingers crossed!

Oh dear - I lost the thread for a few days having unwatched it by mistake - within an hour of rejoining I have booked the Luxe ticket for H Carnival and ordered 3 perfume samples from Penhaligon’s, (and I don’t even LIKE their stuff 🙈)

Was looking forward to my SNK order coming today, but Royal Mail decided they're unable to deliver today after pushing the time back numerous times😒

My SNK order was delivered but no spritz edit. The app just says my order was delivered, so I've emailed customer services. I hope they send it!

I've been tidying my stash this afternoon (displacement activity because I'm on a deadline? Maybe...) in readiness for BAC arrivals. Turns out that I have loads of tiny shower gels, shampoos and conditioners and I don't go on enough trips away to warrant them so they're going to get used up next. I also have two unopened jars of the Charlotte Mensah pomade. I like it but a jar seems to last forever so I'll be stlll working through these when the Rapture happens! Same with dear old PK's elasticiser. So many little tubes of that!

I’m so sorry some of you have also had the same problem with the OMC gift and yet reassured it’s not just me!

I’ve also had an issue. It was def showing the goodie bag when I checked out but it’s no longer on my order when I look in my account.

Just a reminder that Boots will accept all those little bottles for their recycling program! I had a little bottle clear out a few weeks ago and got a lot of points back.

Oh I do! I keep a little stash in the door pocket of my car in case I’m passing and we’re well stocked up with fairly dull toiletries - DH will only use tea tree Original Sourse shower gel because it says it works as a tick deterrent when he’s walking the dog… Have to say, that stuff does clear out the sinuses if you go in the bathroom after him!

I have ordered another of the K&J as I liked the first one I got - now£28. It contains a Laka lip stain (never heard of of this brand before) in kind of caramel colour and it is really nice on.

Are there any good gift sets or edits with bath/shower products (ie body wash, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, etc?). I need one as a gift, DIYing it feels like a lot of responsibility as I’m not too sure what this person likes. They’re early 30s.
