It's been a little quiet on the exciting edit and beauty releases front what with all the advent malarky but summer is drawing to a close and soon those autumn/winter releases and holiday edits will be popping up to tempt us.

Those of you that are getting SNK vouchers, did you complain or was it automated?
They initially emailed to say candles were out of stock, but ignoring the rest of my order. I replied saying fine, cancel candles but please can I have the rest. Apparently that's harder than it sounds as a week later had a saying "can't do that, just refuse it if it's ever delivered".
In the meantime, the candles that were allegedly out of stock HAVE been delivered but I'm still waiting for the rest of the order. Utter shambles!
In the grand scheme of things, I didn't need anything urgently so it doesn't really matter. Just wondering if I should be being a bit more demanding.

@BookShark im having a nightmare with SNK too.
I had part of my order delivered and part of it cancelled. But they have somehow marked the cancelled part of my order (the £146 Sisley set) as free and refunded me £0. To complicate things further, my account says order delivered. Going around in circles with CS. Have asked for email confirmation of refund due (which I need to do a bank chargeback) but all I get is confirmation item is cancelled, not the amount due. They insist the correct refund will be processed but I am yet to receive any confirmation of it and am losing the will. Utter shambles is correct. Under no circumstance will I be giving them advent money!

@BookShark @Addictedtobeauty my orders did eventually turn up, and I had where my account marked them as order delivered before it had all arrived and as free. It was meant to be cancelled, but then I received a tracking number. I don't think they know what they're doing, it is very off-putting. I'll probably complain again if my limitless doesn't get extended 🤣 that reminds me, I need to cancel the renewal.

@bookshark I didn’t complain or even chase the order. I was soo preoccupied that I just didn’t get around to it. The candle did turn up over a week later with the samples that are still showing as not dispatched.
the email with the £5 voucher and 3 month pass extension came through last night. I think this is the second extension they have given me but I think the first one was for a few weeks back when they had all those issues with the warehouse update. It is a shambles! Upgrades are supposed to improve things but I expect it was a cost saving upgrade rather than performance upgrade.

Thanks @JoRaRaRa - I was awake in the middle of the night fretting about a horrible argument I'm currently having with my son about his forthcoming wedding and this cheered me up. My lovely FiL always buys me perfume - last year was Halfeti - and hopefully I'll like the Maneouvres of the Baroness as much!

This is lovely and they still have the summer bag in stock which is exactly the minimum spend of £120. I may have accidentally just ordered another summer bag 🙈

Annoyingly though you can’t use your points as still get the goodie bag. For some reason they don’t combine even if the amount is higher than £120 once the points have come off. Oh well I will leave them to stack up towards the advent.

@Addictedtobeauty i am having the same issue as you. SNK eventually “processed” a refund for my two missing items but they were marked as free too so there is no sign of the refund. I’m disgusted by space nk. Their CS is hopeless. Feel really angry about what a debacle it is.

Can I pick your brains @Beautyfox I can’t seem to get the goody bag in my basket at all. I’ve added the summer bag and the code (at checkout) but it’s not showing. Is it because checkout is going via the shop app?

Mine def added to the basket as soon as I typed the code BAG26 in the discount box so if it’s not showing I suspect something is wrong. I purchased via Apple Pay but I never do it the quick way (the button at the top which is where the shop option is too) because I’m always paranoid something won’t be right so I always go through checkout and select Apple Pay there.

I've got the same problem with the Oh my cream gwp - put the summer bag and the code in but the gift isn't appearing in my basket

I spoke to their chatbot and they said as long as the code for the gift appears on the order screen I'll get the gwp

is it basically the stuff that didn’t sell in their recent build a box thing?

Can I ask if anyone bought and still has unopened MZ Skin Reviving Bio-Placenta Serum from one of the FTF boxes, does your box have seal at the top and the bottom or only the top?
I am doing de-stashing, and put mine one for sale. The potential buyer is asking about the seals and mine only has one at the top of the box, so not sure if that is how it is supposed to be or should there be a seal at the bottom too?

I’ve got sent a 20% off voucher for Oh My Cream but it doesn’t work won’t the GWP. Still, I like the selection of products they sell, but really shouldn’t buy any more!

Still no refund from Spacenk. They emailed to say my items were out of stock and they would send an email to their cancellation department. Seems a complicated process 🤔

@JoRaRaRa Vinted have always told me I've not packaged things properly when items have been damaged in transit or the bag has arrived open. I think eBay is better for this as they used to refund the buyer and the seller in these cases, but not sure if they still do. It's just really quiet on eBay compared to Vinted! 😕

under no doubt had I not endlessly chased it I wouldn’t have received it at all. Space NK are a disgrace and that’s it for me with them now.

SNK gwp is live. There’s also still some sale stuff left.
