I'm starting this first one but hoping that when a thread looks close to ending another thread member can set the next one up. This is not working out so well. 😂

To avoid duplicate threads please try to post in the thread that's ending to alert everyone you're setting up a new one.

Other members check who was first to offer and whether a new one is live.
It might be an idea to keep a list of advents that are live in the OP and later on which are sold out. This can be copy/pasted/edited when a new thread is started.

Has anyone else noticed that F&M AC has a Benamor Rosto moisturiser which isn't sold at F&M? The Beauty Detective F&M AC contents list links it to the Notino website where it is on sale for £20 and shown as discontinued.

You can use any mask with it. Personally I wouldnt recommend it. It does nothing. Have had mine for over a year and other than the current body led mask the FOREO one is a gimmick

I think you can use your own, other option is to slap a wet mask on your face and run it over that. Less from red light but honestly that number of LEDs for a short time will likely make no difference and that way even the bits of your face the foreo isn't on are still getting a boost.

They are very good value for Christmas stockings and little gifts. I bought the MacMillan one, it’s an excellent cause and will go in stockings.

Oh no! That seems very unfair, especially as cancelling the second one was a cock up on their end. It's not even like they've completely sold out as, as pp said, your two should still be available. How annoying.

As per forums they had some stock 9 clock today 🙃

@HardyJadeTurtle You're best off escalating it or raising a complaint, there’s no way you should miss out because of their error, when they clearly have the stock available

@HardyJadeTurtle i think should should ring back and try again with a different CS agent and then escalate if it is not reinstated. You have the WhatsApp messages to back up your claim so this really should be a straightforward case to solve for Harrods.

Fed up of Harrods. No one else does this sell out in 2 hours/ cancel orders/ randomly release more bullshit. Decided to give my money to someone else, maybe the new selfridges frag calendar.

It sounds like they may be selling cancelled orders then. They absolutely should reinstate your order but they seem to be a law unto themselves. I hope escalating it gets you somewhere.

Harrods did the same thing to me last year - cancelled my order and then when I tried to sort it out confirmed that they are the worst in customer service that I’ve dealt with since British Gas!! The year before I received a broken calendar and it had items missing. Instead of sending a replacement out they spent 6 MONTHS asking for photos over and over again! Which they kept getting the same photos and i was asking them how many photos of the same item do you need?!! Ended up buying another calendar myself and giving up on the other one but then weirdly the other day got ANOTHER email asking for photos! 18 months later!!

Harrods customer service I was expecting to be fabulous but omg they are the worst ever!!!

It's such a shame Harrods let themselves down with this time and time again. They are happy to let resellers place multiple orders and whack them on eBay before shipping, but others suffer when it's a genuine order😵‍💫

Settling in for SpaceNK news, and also to thank those who posted that they also couldn't register their emails this morning (I finally managed with Chrome)

I'm not looking at any of the others so if SNK is disappointing I'll skip it, but last years was my favourite of all the calendars I've had I think.

I saw this on someone's Instagram video. The guy had managed to order 18 fragrance calendars! I hope they've all been cancelled. They need to start cross referencing email addresses not just postal addresses. I think the insta page literally encourages and teaches people what to and how to flip stuff 🙄

Sounds like i may have dodged a bullet with Harrods. I'd be far too worried about not receiving my.order or worse a damaged order after hearing these tales.
Selfridges customer service is brilliant also had good experiences with liberty and snk. Harvey nichols not so much but I can easily get to a real life store and speak to someone if things go wrong.

Glad that one is out early this year. I always buy that and a couple of others for my local cat charity to raffle. They sell tickets for £2 per calendar which always go like hot cakes so each one makes them several hundred pounds and it’s a great way to maximise my contribution.

@IDontHateRainbows Selfridge's were awful with me when my parcel went missing. Ignored me, tried to claim that I'd received it, even though the tracking details hadn't been updated for months. It took ages to sort out and they only refunded me when klarna got involved and told them to, then had the cheek to say it was a gesture of goodwill. I've still shopped with them since 🤣

Liberty were really good when my glam kit went missing last year.

After saying I was going to wait, I've just ordered the Liberty BAC. At least I know it's done now so I can stop thinking about it.

To balance it, I did recently have a good experience with Harrods CS, the Westman Atelier complexion drops that I bought in the sale had completely dried up, they refunded me straight away. Also, when my BAC was damaged last year, they gave me £20 to apologise and the year before when the eyeshadow pencil thing was damaged, they refunded me £25. They just don't seem to be good with the fragrance calendars.

You think they would have a system in place to flag these kind of orders! Ruins it for other people, such a shame.
