I'm starting this first one but hoping that when a thread looks close to ending another thread member can set the next one up. This is not working out so well. 😂

To avoid duplicate threads please try to post in the thread that's ending to alert everyone you're setting up a new one.

Other members check who was first to offer and whether a new one is live.
It might be an idea to keep a list of advents that are live in the OP and later on which are sold out. This can be copy/pasted/edited when a new thread is started.

It probably goes without saying but please be courteous and patient with each other. This thread will have spoilers and please no judging of others for their purchasing choices. Participation in the threads is optional.

@JoRaRaRa I've ordered two for the Brompton Immortals and Guidance plus someone close to me will be gifted a Delina. The other spares I'll decide what to keep, gift or sell once I try them in December.

I got dressed and checked the app again and there it was! I came on here to see if you guys knew and @MrsBnow12 had been hot on it a few minutes earlier.

@JoRaRaRa I also ordered 2 and now thinking I should have done as separate orders. Given we got in early, I’m hoping there will be no issues 🤞
I am going to order the BAC as well but thought I’d leave a gap between orders just to be on the safe side.
Having looked again at the contents of the hair & body one, I’m going to give that a miss, it’s got too many products I already own, and the rest I’m not too fussed about - feeling quite proud of myself 😇 (though also thinking it means I can get another BAC from somewhere else 😅)

Got it! It involved standing in the corner of one of the bedrooms with my phone up in the air to maximise signal. I couldn’t see any images so I really hope it is the fragrance one I bought😃.

And the power has just come back on so I can have a celebratory cup of tea.

I should say, I had no app notification or email regarding the calendar availability, which is a bit naughty given they encouraged everyone to download the app to receive notifications. But as I managed to order it, I’ll let them off (just hope it arrives after hearing previous years fiascos)

Anyone having issues with the BAC? It says it doesn’t ship to my country (UK!) when I try to check out?

Now to send more panic through, has anyone received a order confirmation email? 🙈

I'm especially grateful for the link as my app seems to be glitching. I looked to see if I could have ordered through there and I just get a blank screen. Thankfully my order confirmation came in via email as its currently not available in the app.

I thought about ordering 2 and gifting one to DD and DSIL but I don't really think it would be fully appreciated. I think they'd be a bit like what are we supposed to do with so much scent. 😂

This is the thing, until it's actually in our hands, there's a chance that it's not gone through or will go wrong 🙈 I've done it through PayPal this year as I remembered that ova used that method and was the only one who didn't have a panic attack when it disappeared from a pending transaction on her banking app. I've just gone back onto it, and despite already buying 2, I could buy more if I wanted. They really need to sort out the cap, it should be greyed out for me or at least stop me from checking out. I'm not going to check out as I can't afford anymore.

Would you all reorder? @OvaHere does it take longer to come through if you've paid via PayPal? PayPal are saying that it's gone through.
