I'm starting this first one but hoping that when a thread looks close to ending another thread member can set the next one up. This is not working out so well. 😂

To avoid duplicate threads please try to post in the thread that's ending to alert everyone you're setting up a new one.

Other members check who was first to offer and whether a new one is live.
It might be an idea to keep a list of advents that are live in the OP and later on which are sold out. This can be copy/pasted/edited when a new thread is started.

I have a feeling it's more likely to be tomorrow than today based purely on the fact it was supposed to be a Tuesday last year (why it wasn't is anyone's guess). Who knows though? It could be next week. We have no idea really.

I’ve got to get kids to holiday club , a bed being delivered between 8.30 -9.30 a dog that is already looking at me accusingly and a million other things to do . But here I am checking my bloody phone ! I need serious therapy 🤦🏻‍♀️🙄🙄

I don't think the Harrods staff have even started for the day 🤣 I wouldn't be surprised if it goes on sale on Thursday. I think that's when the scent tote went on sale.

That could get updated at some point this morning. Maybe they don't have to start work until 9am. 😂

It's meant to have finished last night 🤣 clearly someone is sleeping on the job.

It did originally say Monday though and in my rewards section, it still says Monday.,

I don't think I can maintain this heightened state of anticipation for long. I've got a couple of days off work but also wanted to get some decorating done.

Mine still says Monday. Are you higher than a green tier? I wonder if they will release by tier this year, so higher tiers get access first. I imagine they had some very disgruntled high spending clients last year when they released earlier than advertised.

edited to add it’s disappeared from the Home Screen but the individual items are still showing 10% off but they are clearly doing something with the website.

No, I'm on green tier too. The spend is too high for me to get to bronze. I've spent more with Harrods this year then ever before and I'm still £850 away from it.

I'm going to risk making a coffee and stacking the dishwasher. Say prayers whilst I'm gone. 😂

Woke up to a power cut😫

No broadband and I live out the country with loads of trees around us so crap reception on my phone.

Last year it was released on the 4th August wasn’t it? I do want some sleep this month but not sure that’s going to happen 😂 haven’t slept all night for worrying I’m going to not wake up!

I feel like a zombie this morning! 😴
I was up at 5:15 and awake for an hour checking on and off. I then fell back asleep and woke/checked again at 7:30, then again from 8:00.

The 10% off has fully disappeared from the app/rewards section.

I dreamt that I managed to get the calendars but it was such a stress because my sausage fingers kept messing it up, and it was showing loads of extra tick boxes which made it harder. My dad turned up part way through so I had to make him wait whilst I sorted it. Then after he left I kept checking the app to make sure it had definitely gone through. Then somehow I turned into Carrie from Sex and the City, and big showed up but he was under my feet and I just wanted to go back to checking my order was okay 🙈😅
WTF have Harrods done to us?! It’s some marketing strategy they have!

I have also barely slept. Checked my phone at various points after midnight, then the cat brought up a fur ball around 5am, DH came in from his night shift at 5.45am and haven’t been able to sleep since in case I missed something. And this is from someone who has been questioning whether I need to buy the fragrance calendar!! 😵‍💫

Harrods are just toying with our emotions at this point. I was dreaming about the calendar going live on the app but I couldn't get it as it sold out in 10 seconds. Somehow everyone else here managed to get it though and you were all sending 🥳🥳🥳 messages while I was feeling sad by myself 🤣

i had a dream that I was trying to buy the calendar but all three were very blurred on the website so I couldn’t tell which was which and had to buy all of them to be sure 😆. i was so pleased when I woke up, with my phone in my hand, and then realised it was a dream.

Just out of curiosity, what can we expect when the FAC does drop? For those of us who are new to this. Is it likely to feature on the home page first or email?
