This is what vinted have said:

I had an issue with a buyer on eBay. She messaged me, absolutely livid, about the size of the box I’d sent the item in. I blocked her as it was bordering on harassment and she then claimed the item was used to leave bad feedback and obtain a refund. My first negative feedback in over 20 years. eBay did nothing. I only use eBay in very limited circumstances now. Thankfully no issues on Vinted (yet!).

No, I don't know how they've managed that. Especially as it's delivered.

Seems proper dodgy, doesn't it?! I feel like she's probably done it before.

To be fair to Vinted: I had a delivery issue recently and once the humans got involved they did try to help get a fair resolution. Fingers crossed for you!

It's too slick @JoRaRaRa , I suspect they've done it before.

I had one a few weeks ago, a £2 beach kaftan, they complained it had loose threads (which it did) and it was held together with a safety pin (to stop the cord sliding into the casing). I refused to refund so they paid and left a bad review. I think they had a pro account as well and were selling on. We live and learn.

@JoRaRaRa - I hope you can get a resolution in your favour soon. I won’t go near Vinted as a seller due to hearing about things going horribly wrong for my DSIS.

Re: eBay - I am too thin-skinned to be a good seller - I get ridiculously upset on the - fortunately very rare - occasion that buyers are unpleasant.

However, unlike with Vinted, at least you can speak to a person at eBay if things go wrong.

Thanks all, it really annoys me that she has the eye cream and a refund and I'm without. I hope vinted do sort it. This is my advent calendar fund, so it's very important.

mholtretail has listed the CB GWP but it’s £250 so I suspect they’re shifting a bulk order.

It was a bulk order but it seems they have individual GWPs available if you message them.

Do you know how much for one?

I contacted the fairy earlier to find out if they were going to be getting the gwps. He's not able to sell them on vinted but I've managed to buy one for £29+p&p. I'll probably sell a few things from it but I was quite happy with that price for the medik8 and Augustinus Bader.

The Holt seems to have disappeared from my vinted. Does he have a new username?

Very sad to hear about the selling issue on Vinted/ebay.
I finally listed items last weekend on ebay after years of being too lazy. I'm happy giving duplicate/unwanted items away to family but with some of these niche perfumes, I really want them to go to someone who knows what they're getting! I've made just over £50 selling 4 travel sizes and aiming for £125 as half of Harrods frsgrance cost. I have more to list but now anticipating a bad customer soon.

Speaking of Harrods, I'm hoping its Monday when I WFH. Tuesday I'm in the office meeting external visitors so limited phone time to keep checking!
