Floaty short sleeved summer dress with some shape

I'm looking for a thin, cool to wear, 100% cotton dress with short sleeves. I really don't like my legs, so would prefer maxi or longish midi length.
I like greens, blues, pinks and purples.
I usually shop in Fatface, White Stuff, M&S
Any suggestions please?

It's polyester so not for me, nor for @Amireallyhere I suspect who specified cotton.

Lovely, but not what OP is asking for. It's a shame, it's a lovely dress in lots of good colours, but polyester is going to put a lot of people off, especially in this weather.

I don't think of cotton as being floaty, I have lots of cotton dresses and they're comfy but not floaty. I bought a nice dress in Tesco today it's lovely and light, very floaty, not 100% cotton though

I’ve just bought this and I think it fits your description if the sleeves are short enough for you. It’s a lovely dress but size down as it’s very generous.

I love that, and the rust version. How do you find the length on it? I don't think they do petite so suspect it would be too long sadly.
