Floaty short sleeved summer dress with some shape

I'm looking for a thin, cool to wear, 100% cotton dress with short sleeves. I really don't like my legs, so would prefer maxi or longish midi length.
I like greens, blues, pinks and purples.
I usually shop in Fatface, White Stuff, M&S
Any suggestions please?

I use it a fair bit for sewing but it still doesn't feel or look floaty to me. Maybe the op just means not fitted.
