SpaceNK - they do have good sales at times. I just checked my orders for last 12 months, and they were all 20%, 25% off (some specific brands, some general), plus freebies. And I've had a few vouchers as well.

I shop around, and keep things in wishlist, so i can jump when the right offer comes up. I do prefer to shop for SpaceNK, for the extra vouchers, plus birthday gifts etc, but i won't pay extra - if something I need is cheaper elsewhere, that's where I'll get it

My Soft Focus GWP from the Fairy has arrived. What’s worth keeping? I have the Saie Glowy Super Gel already (which I like). I had my eye on the Summer Fridays Butter Balm, and I think maybe worth giving the Sweed mascara a go? Or not? I don’t have a staple mascara at the moment. I’m using Surratt but I don’t love it. I have a few waiting in line already though!

Got 2 Lumene and one Summer Friday - thus hitting a bonus 250 points which expires today, so that was good timing!

Well damnit! I bought 3 Lumene and completely forgot to check the bonus advantage card stuff. Remembered to Quidco it and was pleased with myself for that, feel like an idiot now 😬

The cheaper Next 25 Days,of Beauty 2025 beauty advent is in the VIP sale preview for £75. It was originally £95 so not a huge bargain but it’s a decent calendar for the money.

I watched MissBoux’s second decluttering video yesterday - which wasn’t so much decluttering as her moving stuff from place to place. (Her efforts made me look like a much more ruthless Mari Kondo by comparison!)

I do like her videos, but I have to say I was appalled at how much stuff she has - loads more than she showed in the video last week 🙀

It made me feel a bit better about how much stuff I have, plus reminded me to cut down on my purchases!

Btw: In the interest of trying new things I dug out a concealer today that must have been in some beauty box or other as I certainly didn’t buy it on its own.

It’s the hilariously named: Philosophy: Renewed Hope which makes it sound like part of the Star Wars franchise.

Anyway, even though the shade looks far too dark for my skin, I am really impressed by it. I have been using a Clinique concealer which I find quite oily, so might swap over.

How do you use the Saie gel? I know it says to mix in with foundation or use alone. How do you think it works best?

I mix it with foundation or use it as a base for blush. I have the other shades too which I tend to reach for more as using a pink highlighter all over seems a bit odd, although it is subtle.

The CH kits dont excite me as much as they used too. The Mimétique and Biossance interest me, but i have enough eye cream and moisturiser to last me years🤣

Oh annoying re FtF rewards points - I went to check mine so I could place an order but I only have 327 points (500 minimum needed).
I “cashed in” a £5 reward a few weeks ago, which I didn’t even use as it wasn’t valid for what I was purchasing, and now it’s expired 😤
