New Morphe recommendation. They've brought out some blushes in a similar formula to the pressed powder I love. They're a good HG dupe.

I bought Wisp and wore it today. Still looks great now even after all this heat. I tried to buy another from Boots at lunch but the colour I wanted was out of stock.

I have been WAITING to tell everyone that I was restrained and only bought an Olaplex shampoo and conditoner in the Prime Day sale. I dithered over various LRP and Inkey List products and ended up not buying them as I have enough stuff (for now…). Go me!

i picked these up based on a Morgan Turner recommendation and was suitably impressed and at the price point and are great for my work makeup bag.
The Morphe ones are on my list to try so good to hear you are impressed, some of these brands are really giving Hourglass a run for their money.

Elf has free delivery with no minimum spend until 26/06 - I wanted to give their new felt tip lip stains a whirl but they have not made it into any of the local stockists yet so it would be rude not to take advantage.

That reminds me I bought the Elf loose powder Givenchy dupe last week as I had £8 in points. Tried that out today too and it seems pretty good. It's got an insert which means you can mix all the colours or just use them individually.

Ordered a mirror. Was tempted by the really big ones but went with this in the end. I'll still need to use a smaller magnifying mirror as my eyesight isn't up to much now.

I decided not to do the infamous 'hack' with the glass insert as it would have made it a bit too large for the space. It would fit but would look squeezed in iykwim. I'm also not convinced the middle part will hold up that well over time.

I've got to finish decorating, get carpet etc. but it should be all done by next month sometime. I can't wait to get stuff out of advent calendar box storage and into proper drawers.

I like the cooler bag too. Their edits often get reduced after a period of time so you could chance it and wait.

I think I’ve had enough of summer kits roll on advent reveals…

on a different note I popped into JL today and tried the Sisley neck cream. I was really shocked at the tiny amount the advisor said I needed to use (ab the size of my smallest finger nail), I’m more of a 50p size kind of gal. The advisor said it takes about 2 weeks of application for the best results but after about 4 hours my neck def feels much smoother and softer. It’s not oily and there is no real smell. I like it so I’m going to splurge whilst there is 15% off and a free gift if I add some more bits.

@SummerLimes is it a Sisley gwp? I can’t see anything online but there was a Sisley hair gwp in store. It’s also full price at JL. Direct with Sisley there is a 15% discount and 4 samples and a lovely gwp if you spend £280 and I’ve been wanting to order the rose serum for ages so would far too easily spend that.

I’ve been rather virtuous recently, I think I’ve reached my saturation point. I have been having a good time selling things on Vinted though. It’s been about 10 days and I’ve made circa £500. It moves so much faster than eBay!

I’ve gotten out of the habit of using my Current Body mask and I think I can see a change in my skin (for the worse) so I really need to get back to doing that.

No it’s all been removed. Annoyingly because I was in jl I wanted to use £10 Jo malone voucher and the free cake and coffee but my rewards is empty today. It just says they will update tomorrow. 🤷‍♀️
