I hope its just a bad photo but Lady Marina’s dress looks like its made out of cheap material ( sure its not!) and the trim around the neckline doesnt sit right.

I see what you mean. It’s incredibly simple / plain like a Georgian undergarment. A covered waistband would have helped.

I am now also going to sound so picky but I was looking at the gorgeous flowers at the church entrance and then noted the two sides don’t match. One side is peach at the bottom and the other side is pink. Perhaps the two are used intermittently over the whole arch but in this zoomed in photo it looks strange.

Oh dear, I don’t like that dress at all.

Mary's outfit is absolutely fabulous - everything including the hair and jewellery is perfect. the cartier bracelets would look lovely with that outfit :)

I know what you mean about the Georgian undergarment! I like the simplicity, and agree that a covered waistband would have been better, perhaps a slightly altered neckline.
It says that the veil is Hapsburg lace, so that's probably quite special. Obviously the tiara, too!

Loved the Cartier exhibition today. A couple of favourites. Princess Margaret's rose brooch and some stonking rubies that caught my eye.

Beautiful. I think that ruby necklace would catch anyone's eye.

Marina with Gabriella and Flora yesterday. I see what everyone means about her dress - it looks slightly unfinished but looking at the designer's Instagram, that seems to be her style. Marina looks very happy and the tiara is fab!

That's a lovely picture of the cousins. Flora must be about due! Yes, Marina's dress does look lovely there, and I like the simplicity, paired with the beautiful tiara.

I don't think any of the "tier 1" royals were in attendance but all the Kents seem to have been there, and Margarita AJ.

They really do.
I think though the tiara and the earrings and the big pendant necklace are too much. It’s a tad excessive with a simple dress.

Here’s a picture of the bride and Lady Gabriella Windsor at the reception with a better view of her very simple dress. I don’t mind the necklace, but it needed to be on a shorter chain.

I was rather taken with the very seventies smudgy shimmery eyeshadow that the late Duchess is wearing along with all her bling 😆

And the camera lens smeared with Vaseline!

Princess Michael was always very regal in appearance. And Prince Michael looked like an Edwardian gentleman. My husband met him at a work event...it was a prelude to a visit by Prince Andrew. Prince Michael was very pleasant apparently.
