Kate looks absolutely gorgeous in her yellow outfit - love it and we all know she rocks a hat beautifully.
Carole looks stunning. I can see where Alizee was going with her outfit, but it doesn't quite translate. Too high at the neck and the wrong hat for the dress.

Yes, it's just too much like a costume. A different hat and the removal of the ruffled hem would be better.
