What do you think of these shorts?

I think they’re ok.
My sister says otherwise. The only person in the house to give opinion is 17 yo son (not interested!), so I defer to MN.

They’re fine. Very normal denim shorts.

I like the shape and style. I really dislike the colour but it's a jeans colour that for some reason I just don't like on me or anyone. Anyway, they're totally fine and of course you can wear them.

She said I could do better, that they looked like tailored style but in casual denim. Then said they were prob in fashion and she knows nothing!

From a style perspective - there is a line across the front, not sure if it’s a crease or deliberate dyeing, which emphasises the skin tight fit at the hips. Fine if that’s what you want - I would absolutely get the next size up, even if that meant getting the waist taken in.

They’re fine but I also hate the colour.
its such a dated denim wash. I’d much prefer a denim short in light or mid wash blue with a paper bag waist. The length is good. But the colour and style makes them look a bit Matalan to me. I think much nicer ones exist; if you care! Which you aren’t obliged to!

They are fine but I think would look more stylish a little bit longer and a bit more A-line.

I like them and they look good on you. It's a length I've never been able to wear because they end where my thighs are biggest, but I envy people who can look good in them.
