Need a pair of low heeled gold sandals for an event in a couple of months.

I HATE anything other than trainers really. Plus I have a beautiful bunion on one foot that really adds to the joy …

Looking for super cushioned flexible block heeled sandals. Any thoughts lovely S&B crew?

Anyone tried the Air + Grace Dancing Queen sandal? this is the kind of look …

Budget is sub £200.

Haven’t tried those sandals, OP, but they’re beautiful!
Good choice ❤️

I have these in tan and they are incredibly comfortable right from the start.

@Overtheatlantic I've been looking at these for the past couple of years. Would you say they are worth the money? Have they lasted well? Thanks

Bessica · 03/05/2026 22:37

I have the Air & Grace sandals and can confirm that they are the most comfortable heels I have ever worn. They are worth every penny!

dogrilla · 03/05/2026 22:49

I have the monsoon ones. I haven't worn heels for years but they are super comfortable. Couldn't get taxi home last time I wore them so walked 5km. Not even a whisper of discomfort!

Ophy83 · 04/05/2026 08:26

I have the Esska ones and they are super comfy but the Air and Grace option would provide far better bunion coverage so if they are equally comfy I think they are the better choice

Calla shoes are specifically designed for bunions, I have a couple of pairs and they really are comfortable. They have a resale section too, so if you’re lucky you might get something pre-loved a bit cheaper.

I want those Air and Grace ones now!
Gorgeous 😍

Squiz81 · 04/05/2026 09:37

I’ve not tried air and grace, but can confirm that the Esska Charlie sandals are incredibly comfy. I’ve worn them all day at a wedding and danced all evening and not had any problems.

Owenspannas · 04/05/2026 09:50

from only reading your thread title I was going to recommend the Air and Grace Sandals. I have the ones without a platform heel but they are beautiful and comfortable.

SoScarletItWas · 04/05/2026 11:03

Can’t comment on their sandals but I recently bought the Air and Grace pointed flats (I had a thread on here) and my god they are the most comfortable things I’ve ever put on my feet. If the sandals are anything like as well made they’d be excellent.

Itsnearlyxmas · 04/05/2026 11:19

Following with interest as am in the same position. Although, it doesn't look like a bunion but my big toe joint hurts if i try wear anything other than my Vans.

Lotsofsnacks · 04/05/2026 13:20

You can get lovely quality sandals on Vinted for loads less, that haven’t been worn. I have a couple of pairs, block heel platforms, from Topshop and oasis, v cool retro look, not too high, both sooo comfy, danced all night in them, all good. Office too usually are nice and soft.

thefarmerhasawife · 04/05/2026 13:38

I got a pair of these Monsoon sandals off Vinted BNWT last year for about £30 for a hen do. Very comfortable and could dance all night. I love the look of the Esskas but didn’t want to fork out that much 😬

So far I think they’re worth the money but I’ve only had them for a few weeks. I love them though and it means a lot to me that they were comfortable from the beginning.
