Feeling unattractive after online rejection, how should I interpret it?

Hello everyone,
I’m new here, my name is Lenka.
I have a bit of a problem and I’d really like to hear your perspective and opinion. I would appreciate it if you could be honest, direct, and kind.
So here it is:
Lately, I’ve been feeling like something might be wrong with me physically. On social media and friendship/dating platforms where I’ve sent requests, I’ve been rejected, and I don’t understand why. Is it because of how I look? Am I really unattractive, or how should I interpret this?

There is nothing wrong with your face except perhaps your expression. Most people are prettier when they smile and i bet you have beautiful smile. You are not unnatractive but black is no one's best colour.

Maybe hardly anybody on the site is looking for a friend especially if it’s a dating site as well. The numbers aren’t there! It might not be personal.

I agree with the others, you look lovely but I would try and smile more. Do you wear brighter colours? I like black but wearing brighter clothes does cheer me up if I'm feeling low.

I think also that a top in a rich colour, or even a scarf would be flattering. Jade or turquoise or fuschia. You have a lovely smile.

Already that small smile makes you look softer and more approachable. I would have a photo in a better setting though, outside in a park or street cafe now the sun is out more. I don’t think mugshot or photo booth aesthetics work for finding friends.
