Lovely new niche scented thread ready for our April box.

Although I have to say, the lip nectar and the Baum shine are the two best Violette things dd and I have tried.

Has anyone tried or got one of the Violette Plume eyeshadows?
I got so carried away with all the lip products in Liberty that I forgot to try the eyeshadows 🤦‍♀️😂

from Violette - it’s really lovely. Goes on well, very velvety. It’s not cream, but not powder either. It’s not great at lasting through the day, but I think that’s a me problem as most eyeshadows are the same on me.

I bought the same - it’s a lovely colour but creases badly and doesn’t last so regret buying. I don’t usually have an issue with eyeshadows creasing. Glad I only bought one as was tempted by one of the shimmer shades

The Violette Plume Eyeshadow looks a bit like the Guerlain Divinora Cream to Powder Eyeshadow that Guerlain did in the early 2000s (see photo)
I was bereft (ok slight exaggeration) when they stopped making it & Ive not yet found anything good.
The Plume Bronze D'Or looks the same colour I used to use from Guerlain.
I might give it a whirl as I usually get on ok with cream to powder eyeshadows (I must have industrial strength eyelids 😂)

It didn't surprise me one bit when I discovered that Violette Serrat is the Creative Director of Make Up at Guerlain

Just got mine. Cost £76 with all vouchers and bd taken off.

This is sooo exciting. However, I really wish they would let you select your delivery date. I can’t preorder because of holiday covering half of the potential delivery dates so I will need to wait until September to order. The same happened last year.

I'm very pleased. Lots of perfume too. I'm going to wait and saved up my BD credit for another month or two. Really pleased we get another fab bag with it too.

Hmmm it looks tempting - need to see a breakdown though of contents! On the face of it some hits there.

I have gone for it. Love the design, lots of perfume, some nice make up in there. Happy to play for a second year.

I'll rejoin BD today for the discount on this. I stomped off after the foot cream in the last box but only actually missed the June payment.

I'll give this an 8/10 with a good number of existing favourites along with new products I'm looking forward to trying.

I'd rather we didn't discuss contents/ spoilers on here for the AC as it's a Beauty Drop thread and Spoiler from Despatch and there are a few of us who prefer the surprise.

I know other people do like to discuss and compare contents and value, but I'm sure there can be an alternative place to do that.

Not excited I think it will be a definite no from me & cancel the BD. Annoying as I have enough vouchers for the whole calendar 😔

Liberty comms is so random

I've been a BD member since last October @Highnone and I never seem to get any relevant emails either. I get general Liberty emails but nothing about BD events or the calendar. I'd signed up to the wait list too.

Really not wowed by the Liberty calendar which is a shame as I was hoping to use my beauty drop credit to buy it. There are no stand out products in it for me. The bag is lovely though!

All My emails go into junk. So check the junk folders if you’re not getting any emails.

I don’t get the emails either. I’ve been in touch with customer service and they keep telling me to check my junk, which I obviously already had! They are adamant they are being sent. I get all the other emails but nothing to do with the beauty drop or any related offers. I only find out about them by going on here.

I’m in exactly the same boat.

I'm not after spoilers, but I'm desperate to know if they put any sodding elasticisor in it 😆
