Lovely new niche scented thread ready for our April box.

Do you have a favourite kit @BakeOffRewatch ? I have lots completely unopened and can’t decide which one to open next.

I’m not buying anything at the moment and making a real effort to switch to Boots products and maximise recycling earnings from there.

I just love sitting on my bedroom floor, opening the Liberty bags and unwrapping all the kits. Not a very mature wish 😂

I had been planning to ask for this as my Mother’s Day gift but when it was launched I knew I wouldn’t use it. Shame, as I love blue bags. I wish it had a more spa, treat feel than random stuff. The body lot that I missed out on was amazing. I loved last years. Shower oil, cleanser, hair masks, perfume, candles - not things I use really.

I need some cleansing balm, Kat Burki face cream is good, SPF, hair spray, hair oil (not hair masks - I don’t want to wash out), sleep mist, this actually had a lot of stuff I would use. I should probably get this one.

I don’t like the SR cleanser. I do need the AHA BHA body lotion. Dizziak shampoo and conditioner is lovely and gets used up quickly here as well. I would probably get this. The body wash isn’t too mini. Does have candle and perfume. I wish candles, perfumes and pills didn’t count as beauty.

Love the bag and all the bright colours! I don’t need them but I’ve learned through our time here I love a new lipstick or lip gloss. The eye mask is good I’ve had a few in kits. It’s the one where DH goes wow what did you do to your face. I’ve heard good things about the boum boum milk, read an interview with the founder about it and it sounds like a wonder product - went to buy it after reading and saw it was £££. Not tried any Westman Atelier yet so that would be good. Should probably get this too.

But as I said, I’m trying to buy from Boots only!

Thanks for your insight @BakeOffRewatch I have the bath and body edit so maybe that should be my next open. However, I also have last years summer kit unopened so I might spoil myself and open 2.

I really liked the Mother’s Day edit because they were all things that I use although I’m not sure there was a wow product so the value wasn’t that great.i really like the tinny face wash which I’m using at the moment. However, somehow I ended up with 2 of these kits so I have one for next Mother’s Day too! 😬

if only boots also sold the liberty kits.

@Beautyfox how on earth do you resist opening the kits??!!

Im really focusing on getting my older stash down so im trying really hard not to open things until my drawers have more space. I find the kits just far too tempting so end up buying more than I can possibly use in the moment. I also ask for them for presents but just in case they forget I order one too so sometimes end up with 2 kits. 🙈🙈🙈

@Beautyfox How are you finding the trinny cleanser. Im scared to use as have sensitive skin.
Im going sirl tomorrow 🤞 so may see if there a stockist there I can try.

I really like it. Smells unusual but not in a bad way but not like a cleanser I’ve ever tried. Lathers nicely, seems brightening and is refreshing to use. I don’t think it’s very harsh and I would probably like it to be a bit more harsh for my combination skin but because I double cleanse it’s fine. The only thing that is frustrating is I like to slap stuff on and trying to dispense about a 2 pence size dollop takes ages so if you are frugal and only use small amounts it will last forever because it’s quite a big tube. Talking of the tube it looks fabulous on the sink and is very sturdy so doesn’t fall over like some of the squeezy ones and it appears to be refillable as the inside tube is removable. TBC I like it so much I purchased another liberty Mother’s Day edit.

Let me know what you think. I’ve liked most TRINNY things apart from the makeup. I love the elevator which I’ve just finished so will be reluctantly using other necks creams from my stash before I repurchase. I can be good sometimes. 🙈

I went rls yesterday and tried the trinny on my hand. Didnt seem too potent. I dont know what I was expecting. 🤣
Ill try when ive used some cleansers up. Bored with them now so may be sooner rather than later. 😍

I really like the Trinny cleanser, but think of it more as an in the shower cleanser.
My favourite kit cleanser is the Irene Forte one.

Wow @BakeOffRewatch im sure that violette one sold out back in October/november. I have one in my wardrobe so I might have another look at the contents. 😬 Do you think they have done a warehouse stock take? 😂

I also thought the Violette kit sold out and I was quite interested in it. Time to take another look!

I loved the Violette kit, definitely one of my favourites.

@BakeOffRewatch I've just checked the Violette kit and the discount is deceptive, because it's just the normal 10% off, only for everyone now.
It's exactly what I paid for it last time, but there's no extra 10% discount once it's in the basket, which would have swung it for me.
I'm also hoping for the bath and body kit to make a return appearance!

I'm so tempted by the Violette. I love the look of the blush and lip balm. I don't need anything though!

I was in London a few weeks ago & went to Liberty for the very first time, it was amazing & the staff were all lovely.
In particular the Violette FR & the Lisa Eldridge assistants were fab.
I got VFR Petal Bouche in Coeur Infidele & LE Lipliner in Carnival and absolutely love them!

Oh no! I really wanted the Violette. I so wanted to try the blush and lip items. Dang, should have moved faster.
