I've got a sample of it somewhere that I need to try. The Phlur Rose Whip from the SNK floral edit smells very delina too 🩷

Interesting ! I think if I’m getting one (whom I’m kidding, when I order) it’ll be the gourmet one. I’ll look out for the rose whip in about 2 decades when I’ve used my supplies.

I know we talked about this a while back, but did anyone purchase the FTF birthday edit in the end? Trying to work out if it’s worth it for the MZ serum, in my ongoing search for one I actually like. Also still thinking about the mystery box, to try the Decree one, but I can’t remember which one was in that vs the date night box!! Not sure I need more retinol at the moment, and vaguely recall one of them had that in? Or maybe I’m imagining things!

Also: JL charity beauty box now half price down to £25, although I’m not convinced it’s all that interesting even at that price. And they still have those crackers! I’ve bought 6 now….must stop!

This is the empties thread although this one is nearly full.

It was me who bought the FtF birthday edit. It arrived yesterday. I bought it for the MZ serum but I will use some of the other bits. Only really the Hairgain and Elasticizer I don't want. Decided I will give the collagen powder a go and also the 7 day ampoule set.

All in all I felt it was better than expected once it arrived

Ooh, a new thread! Been a bit quiet as my Dad has recently had surgery and I haven’t been doing much spending. I did buy the Next Mother’s Day box but that was only £25 so doesn’t count! 😁

Thanks for the heads up. I’ve bought a JL box. I actually got one at full price and was a little disappointed but at half price it’s worth that for the AB shower gel alone which I really like. I also had £5 voucher so it really was a bargain!

Thank you, I've decided to get the charity box, I won't use the nail varnish but I think the rest is good for £25. I'm looking forward to trying the AB shower gel and the CH lipstick. I bought one of the crackers in store at the weekend, it was reduced to £10 and now I'm wishing I'd bought the other one that was there too 🤣 Have you started using any or are you just collecting them at the moment?

thanks for asking after Dad - he seems to now be on the road to recovery after his op. He went to Kings for ablation of the lesion on his liver. He was in quite a bit of pain but seems more comfortable now thankfully.

@Fillybuster thanks for the heads up about the JL box. I also bought one. I resisted when it first came out but I'm a sucker for AB stuff and I like OPI nail polish.

It does make me laugh when 1.5ml of something is described as the 'deluxe' size.

Apart from that, this looks like a great box :)

Always put the Rose Whip tester on when I'm in Space NK but resisting a purchase (for now...)

A question on the JL Charity edit to those who bought previously. It looks like the CH lipstick is a mini refill - so no case. I quite like the look of the colour but not keen on having no case. Is it worth trying to get a case?

Also not overly fond of mini lipsticks anyway as they have a tendency to break easily. Anyone found them to be robust enough?
