@Fleecy I just came across that after I mentioned it! It’s not on HN’s website though. I’d like to try their lip liner and shipping to the UK actually isn’t too bad on the official website, but I hate paying full price for anything.

I was just thinking about Agnes B beauty, I used to buy her range from a pamphlet for Le Club des Createurs de Beautè.

I still have some very elderly nail varnish and a lipstick…fantastic colours and great quality as I recall!

Do you guys think the Selfridges Fragrance edit has been and gone?
It was showing OOS yesterday but had an option to sign up for notifications for when it’s in stock. Now it is showing OOS but not giving an option to sign up to be notified when its available 😢

My Debenhams edit is due to be delivered today. Despite liking it so much that I bought 2 of them, I can’t even remember what’s in it! 🙈😅

Am away for the weekend so I've brought some paired down skincare from my AC stock.

I've brought the U Beauty Compound from Harrods AC to use AM and PM in replace of other serums. First time using it and it's really nice. I can see why @JoRaRaRa bought up others on Vinted. Packaging is a bit ridiculous for 15ml of product but I suppose it's to justify the cost! Does anyone have any thoughts on how it performs long term?

Brought the Lancome Tonique Confort - also really nice and not what I expected. Quite viscous and hydrating. Mostly everything from that holiday kit has been a hit (was a bit meh on the mascara products). All the skincare I've been impressed with.

For moisturiser I've brought the mini Lancome Renergie day and night creams. Both very good creams.

I think you have been very patient and helpful with them, and it’s time to claim back via your bank. They are not going to help you and you have warned them already. What an awful company.

I’m so disappointed with them, they were becoming one of my main go-to’s, along with Look Fantastic. As they are part of the same group, it’s likely I’ll banish both of them, as I won’t trust them if there’s ever a return needed in future

It's been very poor. It is a site I use a lot but luckily I've never had to return anything so far. I know others have had not great experiences when there's been issues with an order.

I read Beauty Bay is making a comeback. They've been bought by a French investment firm I believe.

I'd completely forgotten this existed! I used to absolutely love it too, it was my first introduction to nicer beauty products (as opposed to 17, Rimmel etc) as a teenager. It was all mail order back then - happy memories!

If you can get into store there are some on the shelves but going fast. I just bought it myself in town.

Selfridges never seem to have enough of these.

I am taking it as a sign I don’t need it as am away so can’t get to a Selfridges.

I'm also away and nowhere near a Selfridges. It's fine though I'd pretty much talked myself out of it anyway.

@Thelifeofawife They've been so different with you over it. They've now processed my refund and I've received a £5 credit to apologise. I also returned the £100 order I did to get the gwp and that's gone through fine. We want consistent service! SNK have finally returned my money, after a load of excuses.

That's very annoying about the Selfridges edit if it's already sold out. I've just been round all the perfume stores to decide if I want it or not. I really like prada paradox though so I think I'll get the LF one.

I treated myself to another ysl blush, 93 restless rose. My god! It is stunning! It is a light pinky coral with a gold tint or undertone to it. I had to buy it immediately!

@OvaHere I am still loving the ubeauty serum, I use it 3 or 4 times a week now and I'm still on the first bottle. I've got another 3 in my stash 😍

I’m just wondering how you contacted them. My order hasn’t turned up so I used the help centre on the app and the responses took forever so I got fed up and WhatsApp’d them replying to a whatapp they sent me saying my order was on its way. They responded within less than 30mins to each message I sent. I think one of the other issues is you are allocated a person on your first contact which is nice if they are good but frustrating if they are rubbish.

I’ve just bought a couple of morphe brushes, powder and blush. Really impressed with quality for the price. 25% off all Morphe in Boots at the moment. I’d ordered one of their contour sticks as a much cheaper alternative to the VB stick but the Refined shade is a little too light for me despite my post winter paleness! Going to reorder in a darker shade - at £9 not a bank breaker. I’ve also ordeeed the cloudlight powder in the darker golden hour shade for a bronzer for summer. It’s as brilliant as the lighter shade I have. They are fantastic and live up to the hype.
