Does it let you add Make up by Mario or is that like Rhode?

Thinking of adding MBM if I can as that is rarely included in discounts. I can change mine next month.

I read somewhere that the Spring savings event will be around April/May. That and the Autumn one is the only time some brands get included in discounts.

@OvaHere I’ve just checked and it would let me add Makeup by Mario! So far the only one I’ve found I can’t is Rhode.

My WA hydrobalm arrived. First impressions are I like it, comparable product to YSL Loveshine. Also seems quite like the Sisley Phyto Lip Twist in shade 11 - that one is slightly peachy when applied so could sit between Nectar and Ballerine.

It does have a slightly minty tingle for a minute after application. I don't really know why this was necessary as it isn't a plumping product so sadly one for @IlovePond and anyone else with allergies to avoid.

I made a poor choice with the shade tbh. It is very close to Nude Lavaliere - just a shade deeper and cooler when swatched on the arm but it is a tad lighter/warmer than the swatch on my actual lips. I bet I could wear YSL and WA on each lip and it would be hard to tell the difference. I perhaps should have gone for English Rose, Bob or even Onyx for better variety.

I didn't pay for it with real money so I don't mind too much. I need to stop getting suckered in by things I can easily dupe though. 😳

@user593 this is my spring summer sort of shade I guess. I also have a number of very similar deepish mauves that are autumn winter faves. Outside of that I have a couple of cool red/brick shades I can seem to get away with.

My make up organisers have arrived, so I will be having another sort out/tidy up later.

I bought a Vlando in the same colour/size as the one I bought a couple of weeks ago to go on my other bedside table - cream isn’t the right colour for my room but what the heck!

I got a bargain Boots Stackers for a cupboard shelf.

Both were in as new condition so I am very pleased!

On a related note: For those wanting a Boots Stacker without all the products, there are a few appearing on Vinted and eBay - some of which are reasonably priced.

@IlovePond I got a few extra organisers from Muji today. I really love organising my stash, although it’s always a little sobering!

I love my Ikea drawer organisers, they’ve made everything so easy and neat!

I’ve gone down a YSL Nude Lavalliere blush rabbit hole now, as I gave the tester a swipe when I was out earlier and I really liked the texture 😅 I don’t think I actually own any powder blushes (after having a big clear out a year or two ago). The last two I bought were CT and RMS and they were both disappointing so I gave up. The YSL looks like what I wanted the RMS to be.

And I bought a Malm chest of drawers to hold my stash. Yes, a whole chest of drawers is ridiculous. Utterly! But it’s not crammed full, I can see everything and that has made it much easier to sort and use my things. Once My stash is reduced I’ll use it for clothes or other things…possibly!

The lip blush is nice. It's similar to the Merit one but better IMO. I was disappointed with the Merit formula so after the surprise refund from Merit (when they wouldn't let me return an unused one but gave me a full refund) I sold on the unused one and bought YSL when it released. I bought it from Escentuals as I had points credit from xmas so it didn't cost that much.

I agree @user593 - I like tidying/sorting my stash but it is a bit sobering seeing how much I have! Which Muji storage do you have?

I've tried it a few times, accidentally found it in Selfridges the day before it was released and fell for shade 6 😅🙈 I told myself I'd wait until it was on a great deal so I'm proud of my self-restraint 😇

I'd say it's smoother and less drying. I find the Merit a bit patchy and not flattering if your lips are a bit dehydrated but overall they both have that matte blurred effect.

I got 4 Red Handed which is just what I was looking for. It's a cool toned red but not in your face red, very muted due to it being a blurring formula. I've got some clothes/make up I've found my favoured pinks and mauves just don't work with but I didn't want red-red.

I’ve attached a photo but the lighting is terrible, and I need to buy another one for my brushes. I have one for blush/highlighters, one for lip products, etc and I rotate things from time to time.

Skincare I’m using is in a box under my bed. Backups and unopened skincare in a cupboard.
