Oh that's a shame. I was a bit surprised when the code worked as I've tried a few times today and nothing was working. It probably wasn't supposed to.

It should arrive tomorrow so I'll let you know what I think.

Glad it did work in the end. Hope I don't regret not going for Nectar. Impossible decision, there's at least 6 shades I could have happily slung in a basket.

@OvaHere I’m afraid I might regret Nectar because it does look very sheer but it reminds me a lot of a Paul & Joe lipstick I had about 15 years ago which I adored - so I would have always wondered ‘what if’ if I’d not bought it!

Sephora have a scent gwp when you spend £130 on fragrance. It's not worth it in the slightest unless you plan to buy a fragrance in the next few days for Mother's Day or other reason.

I was catching up earlier this morning and smiled every time someone referred to 'the fairy'!

I need advice from my fellow beauty addicts, do I return the CB WA edit or not? 🤔

I paid £58 for it, which I know some people still think is a bit steep, so I’m trying to be sensible and decide if I actually need it. Weird for me, I know 🤪

My dilemma is that I already have the nectar highlighter (and last time I sold one I only got about £11 for it), I got the WA blush in poppit but I already own Patrick Ta She’s a Doll, YSL Fuchsia Fizz and a bright pink Lancome blush… so realistically do I need another bright pink blush in my life? 💁🏻‍♀️

The bits that are tempting me to keep it are the contour stick and the mascara, but I have a ridiculous mascara stash already that I’m trying to work through, so that’s hardly a sensible reason to keep it. There's part of me that also thinks that £58 is still a bit of a bargain 😕

Out of curiosity, if the code had worked on the fair box, and you could have got it for about £63 (or £58 with CB credit), would you have bought it? Or would you still have passed?

Trying to decide if this is a return or a keep before I convince myself I need it 🤣 please help 🙏🩷

@JoRaRaRa if the code had worked I might have bought it. I like to think not because I agree it's not really worth it given the similar things I already have. I had £5 credit at the time so like you could have got it for £58.

So many people seem annoyed with the price I've got to assume it's not selling well and will get reduced at some point. So I might still get it if it drops low enough and I see the reduction in time before it does sell out.

I think if you're asking the question you probably should return or if you don't want to run the gauntlet of CS refunds, keep the mascara and contour and sell on the other bits.

@OvaHere Fate found me at a SpaceNK today so I tested the HydroBalms. Nectar is very nice but definitely subtle compared to the others. Bob is much browner than English Rose so I think I’d be safe with both. Ballerine is lovely, not too cool.

@user593 have you ever tried the YSL Loveshine 44 Nude Lavaliere?

The reason I didn't go for Nectar in the end is I feel it could be really similar.

I could do with going to a SNK in person to test if I intend to get any other shades.

Am I being dense to wonder why the names are Nectar, English Rose, Ballerine... and Bob?

@OvaHere I haven’t tried Nude Lavaliere but looking online it looks way more pigmented and pink, more similar to Ballerine.

I’d say Nectar is very similar to the Lit Up Highlighter in Nectar, if you have that? I did even wonder if it’s worth it as I could use the highlighter as a lipstick, but it’s probably a better texture.

I've heard very poor reports of CB customer services just to factor that in if you are considering a return. You may have to battle to get the refund.

Orderd the Sephora fragrance gwp, I don't need more fragrance but I'm a sucker for a fragrance gwp. Bought some of the mini kayalis to sell on to justify the min spend. Plus a molton brown rose dunes to keep.

I do have that. It's not my favourite highlighter but I've never thought to try it on the lips. Might try it later just to check out the colour.

Just looked at mysephora. Can change the 2 brands. Have no clue what to change it to 🤣

I always choose wrong and wish later I'd picked something else. 😂

@Doglover73 I can change mine too but no idea what to change them to! I’m happy with Merit because no codes ever seem to work on it, but it won’t let me add Rhode, so I’m out of ideas.
