Sorry for vinted problems - awful !

I’ve had issues with Vinted as both a buyer and a seller. I purchased an Elemis moisturiser and when it arrived the box & pot lid were bashed (they had another listed for less money which was like this), so I complained because I’d paid more and they just initiated a return, which I had to pay for!
I sold a different moisturiser and the buyer said the package was empty, and they got a full refund and I was left with nothing!

I spat my dummy out and walked away for a while. But eBay was so slow around that time that I eventually and reluctantly went back to Vinted

I just got this month’s subscription LF box which feels light but has some nice things so I’m pleased with that.

On another note, as part of my recent LF haul, I got Bondi Beach body scrub. I’ve not had it before but thought I’d give it a whirl as it was on offer. I used it this morning, and it’s a bit faffy due to being loose in a bag, but it’s really nice. My skin felt so soft after using it; still does

I collected my CB perfume edit today and very pleased with it. I've put the ones I most wanted to try aside for advent. I have spritzed the Nest tester and now totally in love with it, its out of stock and I can see why.

I've just seen a teaser of the WA edit on Instagram and I'm really hoping they have more than one contour option for darker skin. It annoys me so much when edits/kits have products not suitable for dark skin; I doubt I have the resolve to boycott CB but it would taint them for me.

@TragicMuse i think it was @OvaHere that mentioned it. I could do with joining it too. There's not much that I open and don't use, but it would be good to have somewhere to sell those things. Although, I'll probably end up buying everyone else's cast offs 🙈🤣

@TreesinthePark yes, there's 3 to pick from, biscuit (lightest), truffle and ganache (darkest).

@TreesinthePark I've only tried the Nest fragrance from the edit and love it too. I managed to get a 50ml one on Vinted for £40.

@Lonely12 - I like L’Occitane’s shower gel, but I only get them when it’s Xmas or on offer as they are pricey. My favourite is le Cerisier.

Re: Rituals - it’s worth joining their rewards programme as they give quite a nice gift on birthdays with any purchase.

I still love the Dr Sebagh rose from the 2024 Liberty advent, I stocked up through Vinted at the time!! I’ve got a few to try but haven’t been able to because of this perioral dermatitis. I did try the tatcha vit c before Christmas but think I may have had a reaction! So if anyone has any other great serum recs I’m all ears!!

Mine took a few days to be dispatched from m-holt but it's arrived now. Unfortunately the ones I ordered from the fairy have got stuck at the delivery depot with a couple of other things, as my local locker is out of service (a week after being installed 🤦🏻‍♀️). Hoping they don't get returned to sender

I've got the new medik8 collagen cream but I'm going to try to get to spacenk for a sample before I open it, in case it irritates my skin. Happy to report my jaw is feeling much better with just a bit of flaking now - skin rocks support oil & delikate moisturiser to the rescue!
