Where does it say what you have on Shop? I can't see that info anywhere.

When I clicked on my order email it took me to the order page which named the bag.

I'm not seeing that at all. I'm happy to get a surprise!

Has anyone who ordered the most expensive lucky dip got a large backpack? I’m desperate for one of those though not fussed on the colour (red would be the dream!). So far I can only see people getting mediums.

Do the rucksacks make good work bags? I have to cart the heaviest laptop about ever. My Nordic is looking very tatty and the straps aren't padded anymore.

People wear weighted vests, I just wear my work bag.

Yes they do. I have a medium canfied Canfield and can fit a largish laptop plus lunch bag, notebook, laptop charger, etc.

I use a Bantry for my work bag. No side pockets which is annoying. But can get laptop, notepad, headphones (big ones) and a bottle of water in easily enough.

I see this thread every year and finally decided to take the plunge. Looks like I got a Camden P in Aquatic Awe which is definitely something I would have picked.

My ‘Shop’ receipt is also listing ‘1 large lucky dip’ as well with a total of £74 even though I only ordered one (which seems to be the Camden). Has anyone else had this issue? I guess I’ll have to check my credit card bill and see if I’ve been charged twice. There’s only one Lucky Dip listed on my official Roka email though 🤷🏻‍♀️

I chose the lucky jackpot and lucky treasure. The shop app is showing my jackpot to be a Canfield in military tonal...I'm not keen on it at all! Probably the last colour I would have chosen. The treasure isn't showing up so hopefully have more luck with that.

New to ROKA, but they look lovely bags.

I missed out last year so going for it this year! I’ve gone for a small and a medium. Hoping that if it’s not to my taste I can put away for presents. Hoping I do love it all though as I’ve always wanted a ROKA bag!

Great customer care too, I have a massive backpack which I’d had less than a year and the stitching came undone a tiny bit (as it’s always overloaded). Got in touch to see if they could fix it or advise and they sent me a whole new one (after being very patient trying to help me find my order - ended up that I got it from Amazon!). So gave my slightly ripped one to a friend and she’s superglued it and it’s good as new.

Not done this before. Can someone tell me what size dip I need for a mediumish sized rucksack (hoping for a rucksack anyway)?

They are roomy, but the straps aren’t well designed so not comfortable if you need to carry a heavy bag for long, I gave my last lucky dip to my husband, and he bought some pads to go on the straps.

Damn, I have never bought a ROKA bag, didn’t think I needed one, but I’ve gone for the big lucky dip - fingers crossed I get a decent one!
