I’m getting a Finchley in canvas and a Canfield in nylon. I only want one so unsure which to go with… I prefer the colour of the Canfield but prefer the sound of the canvas!!

What colours have you got? I’m the same, much prefer the canvas bags.

My Canfield Orchid has arrived and as others have said it's not quite so pink IRL.
But I'm afraid I did twitch and order errrmmm some more. I'm getting another different backpack and an umbrella and a small cross body - so I may hang on till that arrives and see which backpack I prefer. I also really need an umbrella!

Any chance you'd swap for Canfield in Orchid or (less likely I know) Bantry small in blue?
Otherwise I think I will do as some others and resell to see if one comes up on Preloved.

I am trying so hard to resist. I’ve been twitching for ages on a tote or a small rucksack so the treasure lucky dip could be perfect…. Or disappointing 🤣

I'm really happy.

All the previous bags I've had have been fine...but not brilliant. A sludge green backpack, fine for work, but a bit dull. A red square bag - good shape and size, but bright red. A tiny blue round one - colour good, but totally useless. A bigger round one, less useless but burnt orange. Apart from the small round one I do use them all though.

But this one, I love!

Please tell me where on the Roka site I can find a medium size canvas backpack... keep looking but just getting nylon which I don't want!

Mine has now changed to the Kennington crossbody in aquatic awesome. So disappointed. Not a style or colour I'd wear. Especially as I was so pleased with the first one I got 😢 The other one I got was canvas and this one is nylon.

Any experience with returns?

I already made one lucky dip order.

If I make a second lucky dip order and I want return one item from each of the two orders, can I stick them in together and only pay the returns cost once?

Or do I need to return each item separately and pay twice?

I've just gone for the small Lucky Dip, figuring I can always send it back if I don't like it. Hoping I won't get a hat but relaxed about anything else.

I'm keeping my Firecracker Canfield. I really like the orange and grey combo for a summer theme park/holiday bag and I just sold a red Bantry I n never used because it didn't have bottle pockets. This does!

I'm keeping the Moorfield I got too because I haven't got a laptop bag/satchel. It's one of about 3 models I don't own.

Mine has now updated. Showing Canfield in petrol blue instead of graphite, carnaby wallet in blue instead of a small crossbody in plum and a hat in teal. Love all the colours but not sure I'll keep the rucksack though as it's similar to the Finchley I've already got but will see if I like the nylon or canvas better.

My Camden P in Jacaranda had its first outing yesterday. Lovely muted lilacy blue, love the big side zip pocket and the bottle compartments. Would have liked a Gatwick but delighted with this.

And hopefully my pink Bantry is going to be swapped with the duffle I actually wanted, so on balance worthwhile.
