I caved and ordered 2 gems and a treasure. Shop is showing a Canfield in graphite which may be returned as it's similar style to Finchley which I got last year and a Chelsea pocket bag in plum which looks nice. Other gem isn't showing yet. Would really like a Gatwick so may need to just buy it instead.

I have a Gatwick, meduim in teal (not from lucky dip) and it is a really good bag. Recommend it!

Well I saw the word 'complain' so that's what I zoned in on! Not the same as asking to cancel.

Ordered this morning, tried to call to query it but calls apparently aren’t answered over the weekend so I had to leave it and hope it changed.

My bags changed in the app, I didn't contact Roka, I wasn't bothered either way. Originally shop showed 2 rucksacks, changed to show those as refunded and a different rucksack and tote added to order - arrived today and the 2nd set is what came.

I'm getting an umbrella.
Serves me right to getting involved.

I had two medium Canfields in firecracker and citron but one has changed to the Finchley in lemonade.

My lucky dip arrived this afternoon. I got a Canfield B in burnt orange. Great shape bag- but burnt orange? I’m not sure.

I have a Bantry in Orchid which is a great colour for me and not sure 🤔 if it’s for me. so I’m going to spend a couple of days getting it out of the bag to have a look to see how I feel.

I wanted an umbrella. 😂Despite all common sense I got suckered into two small dips and didn't get one.

I'm going to lean in and enjoy it.

We've had plenty of rain for sure and there's a lot of talk of bags not being waterproof!

This is precisely why I'm still resisting. Thank you for reminding me. Each of the cheaper options has things I definitely wouldn't want. And two dull coloured Bantrys in previous years left me very underwhelmed. Nicely made bags though.

If you get lucky dips is there a chance of a canvas bag or are they all nylon? I have several rokas but I like the canvas ones much more than the nylon

I've just had a canvas, but in honesty I don't think lucky dip is for people who have a strong preference for one thing as that's the point of it!

Vinted will be flooded for the next weeks, get a canvas of your choice for dip price.

I know the green one is a canfield in m but no idea about the smaller one. Im new to Roka. Think they may both be returned i need something slightly bigger in a rucksack and was hoping for a cross body.

@cymrumam were they lucky treasure or lucky jackpot dips?
