I’m getting a small Finchley in Taupe. Hoping it’s going to be canvas rather than shiny nylon.

I ordered a jackpot but mine is showing as being a Trafalgar tote which is listed in the treasure section. Anyone know if this happens or is it likely to change?

I don’t know if it’s coincidence but last night I did 2 orders of Jackpot and Treasure and ended up with duplicates of bags I wasn’t keen on. I messaged immediately to ask for a refund and overnight both orders changed completely- and happily for me to bags I wanted

Very excited because my medium and small dips are out for delivery and due any minute now. I think I’m getting a pale blue portobello tote and a plum Chelsea crossbody, both of which will get used I’m sure. DD might fancy the Chelsea as a clubbing bag having borrowed my Uniqlo crossbody on Christmas Eve and left it on a bench outside Burger King at 5am 🫤

I have never had a Roka bag and didn’t even know they did this until I happened on this thread, so thank you guys 🙏

Not sure but similar has happened to me.
I’ve ordered a Treasure but it’s showing that I’m getting a small Chelsea which is listed as a Gem at £9.95.
I’ve tried calling but they aren’t available at weekends.

I quite like the Trafalgar tote so actually not unhappy if it's that, just a little peeved that is not what was listed as jackpot. Knowing my luck now it will change to something I don't like but from the jackpot list. 🤣 Will see.

There’s a Facebook group for buying/selling/swapping Roka bags and there are a few on there that have had the same happen this morning. Three of us have been allocated the same bag and colour so we’re hoping that it’ll change.

I only placed this order because I was disappointed with the one I received this morning!

Exactly the same as me. Ordered 2 X jackpot and 1 X treasure and all I can see listed is a Trafalgar and a sage Chelsea. But I didn't order the smallest size which is the category the Chelsea is in.

Are you all getting Sage too?

I'll be very annoyed if this is what is being sent, as mine is coming to South Africa.

I will wait and see if it updates as I've ordered three and only two are showing at the moment.

I ordered a treasure and received the Carnaby XL crossbody . Smaller than I would have liked and very similar to my Uniqlo one, but thinking might keep it as has lots of compartments.

It’s going back and I won’t get sucked into ordering again (I hope 😂).

For those who may be getting Treasure items, when they have paid for Jackpot, please email CS to ask if the orders are as described on the email/SHOP app. If so, they should refund you the difference, (if you are happy to keep the Treasure items), or send you a replacement.

It may well be a glitch on the description, but no way would I put up with getting an item - no matter how lovely - that was £15 more than it should have been.

Roka CS are usually excellent, so contacting them should get any issues resolved.

Finchleys are all canvas (unless it was a sample, which I think would be unlikely…)

They aren't waterproof, water resistant yes, but not waterproof. I know this to my cost!

I’m expecting mine today but still waiting for the postman. I see one has changed in the shop app - I’m still getting a grey Canfield (to swap hopefully) but the other has changed to a light blue Finchley. I’m not sure if I want that or not - anyone got any opinions on the Finchleys?

It’s the Kennington B, colour neon pink. Good if you’re a cyclist or walk at night I think but doubt I’ll use it much myself.

This happened to an order I made this morning too, but I’ve just checked again and my two Lucky Jackpots have become a medium Finchley and a small Gatwick so I’m really happy with that.
