Holland & Barrett Advent calendar opening

Following the general beauty Advent calendar posts, I wondered if anyone would like a H&B opening one? Usually post after 7am so no spoilers.

I like the deodorant - there was one in last year's which I've used very happily. But toothpaste that isn't mint is just Wrong.

The toothpaste is fine. More minty than coconut imho

Ooh, today's looks promising! Only thing I'm bit wary of is added fragrance, but recognise this is very much a personal issue. Nice big size too.

Anyone tried this before?

I have, in fact I’d just run out! I really like it. The smell is heavenly too.

What was today please? Just to mention though the biotin said 'hair' (no perceptible difference), they make my nails rock hard - have already repurchased.

Today's is a nice product. We got it last year too- unfortunately vit c is no good for my skin but, I'm sure I'll find someone who will appreciate it.

I’ve also nearly run out of this one and so it’s very welcome. I use it often although DD (15) was there when I opened it and asked if she could have it so I fear it might go missing!

Yes, very pleased with this one. The conditioner from yesterday has been passed to teenage daughter.

I’m catching up - had people staying and gave up my bed to my mother, and my calendars are under the bed! Pleased with the last few days, although there’s rather too much of the hair mask. I have short hair and will take forever to get through it.

I am wondering what tomorrow's will be...

Hope everyone had a good day yesterday in whatever way you chose to spend it. I’ve loved this advent calendar (first time I’ve bought one) and will continue buying a lot of the products once I’ve used the ones in the calendar up, particularly like the emphasis on health and wellbeing as I don’t wear makeup at all so most of the BAC would be wasted on me. What have been your favourite products in this year’s calendar? Mine is probably the Weleda skin food, love the smell!

Hope you had a good day too, @Labradorsmum and all on this one. I've enjoyed the calendar on the whole, having missed a few years, but I don't think I'll be getting it next year. Too many of the same type of items, and I was disappointed slightly by the 25th rosemary oil, as I wished for something more luxe.

I've had the calendar for a few years now and will probably get it next year as there are a lot of things I will get use out of. However, I didn't fully love this year's. I think that's mainly because last year's was so brilliant!
I really like the way that individual items were wrapped,but I thought the box was a bit plain (I decanted to a nicer one). Too many repeat products and I really missed getting a cnadle.
Favourite product was probably the soap 😃

I agree the box didn’t feel massively festive. I agree the rosemary oil didn’t feel a particular treat for Christmas Day. It is a big bottle though so maybe that was why it was given on the 25 December?
