I won’t be online until mid morning most days as I have a crazy morning of school runs (and general panic)- so please don’t wait for me - post away & I’ll try to keep up 😂

Yes happy with today's. I need a day cream and have used Avant before and liked the products

Also happily surprised as a pp mentioned it being a dod so was expecting a jade roller, gua sha or a Philip Kingsley elasticizer 😁

Ha! Id much prefer a jade roller! Im just not into day creams that dont have spf. And avant seems like a vit of a con to me with their crazy pricing.

Ah OK. I use tretinoin and actives like Vitamin C so I have to use a separate moisturiser and sunscreen. Even with added sunscreen there is not enough protection in a moisturiser, theyre a bit of a marketing gimmick. Fine of you dont use tret/actives but I wouldn't risk it otherwise.

An Avant day cream today. 50mls which retails for £97! At that price I’ll give it a go but for some reason it doesn’t excite me.

I can't believe people pay £97. That's nuts. Its reselling on vinted for £3! I checked because I was thinking about selling mine if I could get £15 or so. I wont bother for £3 though. It can go in my gym bag!

The ones for £3 on Vinted are for a different, smaller Avant product. I've just been on, I would have stocked up 😄. The 50ml day creams we got in the calendar are on for £20

Absolutely @Nowmum43 - funny that they think we're daft enough to believe the crazy pricing. I'm acutely pleased about today as I've just run out of my day cream and really didn't want to buy one

I think it's also partially the packaging which makes the products look a bit dull - too plain maybe. I've actually never tried Avant before so looking fwd to this 👍

Agreed. I have to confess that I cheated massively though. I watched unboxing videos ages ago so knew that today was rubbish. I took out the contents and gave to my niece and replaced with some bits that I bought on Vinted from other advent calendars weeks ago. And I'd forgotten! So today was a DOD (delight!) for me. Mini Le Labo The Noir, and a Fenty gloss stick. Best day yet 😆

A definite DOD for me today. Pink hair clips! I’d be thrilled if I was five years old.

Yes i cheated too yesterday 😁. Replaced with a Morphe eye primer. Teen dd will use the clips so will throw in her stocking.

Today is the Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm. Have never used this so will try it.

Phew! A return to form today. I’ve had a mini of this before and liked it, good to get a big pot.

So far the Aveeno and the Claire’s Accessories
clips have been the only duds in my view but I still wish I’d been as clever as you @Sexentric@XiCi in swapping out. Your replacements sound fantastic!

Ahhh my favourite balm cleanser - I love this (in fact I love all EH products)

Today’s content is in a shade I will use, but my confession is that I’ve never used this kind of product ever. Bring on the epiphany!

It retails at £22.50 with reviews praising how long it lasts.

Yes im pleased with today's although im the same. Its not something I tend to use. Im going to make a point of it though
