Let’s stick to the usual opening thread ‘rules’ - no reveals until after 7am on the day and plenty of pictures/opinions/first impressions (good and bad!)

I won’t be online until mid morning most days as I have a crazy morning of school runs (and general panic)- so please don’t wait for me - post away & I’ll try to keep up 😂

I really am loving this advent calendar so far. Very very pleased with it. Am definitely getting one next year too 🙂

Day 19 is a Delilah lip pencil in Pout. Nice colour so pleased with this.

I started using a liner every day recently after toying with the idea of filler and just couldn't do it (needles!) but felt like I wanted a bit of oompf. So use a nude liner around the cupids bow and a tiny bit below my lower lip and then a glossy balm - love it. Currently using a huda beauty liner but it doesn't last long so great to hear the reviews say this one does. The colour is perfect 👌

Today is a Glow Hub Lip Slick in Tutu. Nice colour which I’ll use.

Love today's! Haven't opened it yet so just assumed it was a gloss rather than a lipstick type tube. Will go perfectly with the liner

Today is a set of Wander Beauty rose gold eye masks. Always happy to use eye masks.

I used the gloss yesterday and it went lovely with the liner.
i love and I mask and with my eye bags at the moment these are perfect and much needed 🤣

I agree, a nice box today. Having done a bit of a stash-sort-out yesterday, I’ve concluded I need to get on with using the masks I have, more frequently. I have a three day solo self-care mini break planned over new years, so will now be packing these as a way to start the year as I should continue!

Today is Espa body wash and body lotion in bergamot and jasmine. Good to get both in one drawer.

A Rituals of Sakura fragrance diffuser today. Really pleased with this. All three of my calendars have been good today.

I have ASOS and Sylvan Glow. The Sylvan Glow especially is a beautiful calendar. I’ve never used Korean skincare or make-up but I’m starting in the new year.

The sylvan glow one looks amazing. Think I will get that one next year.

Today's is great! This was one of the main reasons I went for GB. Really love this scent. Going to start it in January once all the xmas candles and scents are packed away

It’s been really lovely. Pretty much all full sizes and such a pretty box.

One of the standout days. I was gifted a Rituals diffuser last year and it was hands down the longest lasting diffuser I’ve ever had. This one is a lovely scent and I’m really looking forward to opening it.

Another nice one for the penultimate day - a nice touch that the packaging echoes the calendar. First sniff - quite sweet? I’m always happy to have more of these so quite pleased.

A Winter Orchard candle today. Smells nice so will use this.

Hoping that everyone had a lovely day yesterday. I only opened my day25 this morning and although we probably all know what to expect, I’m definitely delighted with it. A really lovely and well designed palette - love the lid to protect the top two from the dust of the others - and I will use the ‘101’ hints of how/where to use each colour. Those sparkly ones are just beautiful.

All in all I think this was a really standout calendar right through the month (with the exception of the hair clips obv). My only niggle was that the boxes weren’t closed properly (I’m assuming this was the same for everyone). I can understand why, as it can risk breaking the boxes trying to open them; but it just gave that consistent ‘unfinished’ feeling. Willing to accept that’s just me being nitpicky though!
