Feeling a bit grumpy about the CB £15 voucher:

Has to be used by tomorrow🙀
Doesn’t stack with other codes 🙀🙀
If an item on the site is reduced, the £15 comes off the original price🙀🙀🙀This is very cheeky, imo

Anyone else found the same, or is it just me?

Thanks

I think the offer to receive the gift card is only until tomorrow, the actual gift card has a 12 month date on it.

IlovePond · 16/11/2025 14:11

Oh beepity beep @MrsBnow12 😹😹😹 I have just been a bad and silly Pond and done an order🙈

If your order was above £50 you will get a another gift card

IlovePond · 16/11/2025 14:32

Aaah! I must NOT buy anything else!

In my defence: I used £5 store credit as well as the gift voucher and price compared with other shops and I only bought something that was NOT reduced.

I bought some ludicrously expensive shampoo that claims it can do something for my hair issues. It could be argued that I do actually need this - in the unlikely event that it works!

Futile to resist these offers.

please update re hair product.

Aah, the Borg @BlueLimes !

I will report back if the ludicrously priced stuff works! (I won’t mention it by name now because I don’t want to hear it’s no good when I have just shelled out 😹) I should have asked on here first!

Quick question for those who have one of the gold CD bags as part of the Dior Xmas collection.

How are you adding a chain to the bag in the absence of clips?

Thanks

You've got 12 months to use the £15 code. It's the giftcard giveaway that ends tonight.

This is a picture of the one I had, make sure the chain has this type of fastening- meno brain and no idea what it is actually called and then clips in easily.

Thanks @MrsBnow12

I really shouldn’t get one of those bags!

I priced up how much it would be to buy the items separately.

The CD skincare gift - currently £92.65 at JL:

The 50ml cream is reduced to £79.20 at Boots.

Total: £79.20

The other items plus bag don’t sell separately, so you would be paying £13.45 for the bag and two GWP travel sizes.

The CD lip gift - currently £73.95 at JL

The lipstick balm is £26.40 in Boots
The balm in a pot is £43.20 in Boots

Total: £69.60

You would be paying just £4.35 for the gold bag.

The CD make up gift - currently £89.25 at JL

The mascara is £29.60 at JL and Boots
The blush is £28 at JL
The lip oil is £26.40 at Boots and JL

Total: £84

You would be paying £5.25 for the bag

Of course, whether or not any of these are ‘worth it’ depends on if it would get used/would have been bought anyway. I do think they make great gifts.

I am wondering if any will be left to go into the Xmas sales!

OvaHere · 16/11/2025 15:47

I was tempted by the skincare Dior bag that is reduced at JL but realistically I wouldn't use it other than as just another bag to store bits of beauty stuff and I'm not short of those. Also I have so much face cream to use already. Maybe I'll have worked through enough stash to justify whatever next years holiday kits are. 😂

Edited

I would also add I ended up selling mine as my phone didn’t fit in the bag so rendered itself useless for me very quickly.

I’m fairly new to all this but I have a query about the CB £15 voucher which I got the other day …. When I try and use it for my next purchase ( Xmas gifts) it tells me that the code is too short ??
The code I was emailed is of the format xxxxx-xxx-xxx and in checkout it says the code needs to be 16 characters ….help!
not sure if I’m doing something wrong

I haven't tried to use mine yet. I would send a message to CB and query it. They do usually respond within a day or two.

I think you have to add it to the promo code section, so it's not really a gift card. If you've already added a promo code, it takes that off 😕 I'm going to wait until I want something where a promo code doesn't work.

Ahh - thank you! That was it. I had used a 15% off code which only gave me about £4 off, so this was much better .

Does anyone know if this CB £15 gift card work on Patrick Ta products?

In theory it should work on everything because it's a gift card not a discount code.

You have to put it in as a promo code not a giftcard. This means it won't stack with any other offers unfortunately

Is it wrong to buy an edit for the bag only 😂😂

Giraffe’s are my favourite animal so am very tempted with this.

It’s not wrong. Bag is gorgeous.
tbh the contents are ok too ( just consider them as free?!).

edit to say full size Dermalogica cleanser and a mini lip oil - it’s practically free!

RTHJ14 · 17/11/2025 11:44

I have found my people!

Pixi Beauty (v popular with the tweens!) but some nice products generally too have a cute gwp if you buy two items, plus you can get a £5 in points which can be used immediately if you sign up for their rewards.

the gift is part of their Hello Kitty Collab but will be fab for my daughter.

I got a lovely little haul for £45

I haven’t been able to resist the Dior gold bag, and I do actually need the face cream.. so.. it’s justified!
