What perfumes would you wish they’d make?

I love the Molton Brown Rose & Rhubarb range, but wish the perfume would smell the same as the body lotion. I’ve tried the perfume but it’s nothing like the shower gel or body lotion.

The same with L’Occtaine Almond range, love the gels and lotions but there’s no proper perfume that smells the same and th lotions just don’t last smell wise/

I love the Victoria Secrets Coconut Passion body mist but it just doesn’t last.

Marks and Spencer sell Monotheme perfume, there's an orange one that's very orangey and not like blossom. There's a bergamot too which is lovely.

Some Eden perfumes are long lasting and cruelty free. I have their Tobacco Vanille and that can last for days even after I’ve showered!

Just come across this thread. I absolutely agree about Le Baiser du Dragon. I only tried it because of the fantastic name but I absolutely loved it. Another one was the original Armani Mania. It was in a long thin bottle. It was the most perfect oud incense scent. The re released formula is nothing like it

also Zara did one called a pastry in Paris which is sometimes on eBay/vinted, smells like lemon biscuits

This is the orange zest I think. I have a discontinued one by them that is so lemony

I wish The Body Shop would bring back their Tobacco Flower perfume as I loved it!

I can’t think of a perfume I’d really like aside from the above, but on a related note, I wish Chanel would go back to perfume prices of around £40 as in the 90’s. This will never happen I know!

went to M&S - it smells nothing like Paul Smith Rose!! BUT…. the Diptyque Roses as mentioned by previous poster is spot on. Dare I say even nicer. Spenny, but lovely!!

The French brand is SOLINOTES and they do lots of different lovely scents including almond. They are available on Amazon and in French pharmacies snd Monoprix
They are inexpensive so I won’t vouch for their longevity, but they do small bottles that fit in a handbag so you can spray on the go.

The mention of Space NK has reminded me that they used to do their own perfume range. Loved Compelling for evenings out.

I want a perfume that smells like fresh ginger

I also wish we still had Yves Rocher shops in the UK. I end up having to stick up every time I’m in Paris or Düsseldorf

I’d like M&S to bring back thier New York perfume. I’ve got about a quarter of a bottle left and haven’t found anything like it since they discontinued it.

I wish Gucci would bring back Flora - or that there is a decent dupe of this

Zara do one called Applejuice. It's not pure green apple but it is appley and fresh, worth a sniff to see if you like it.

Oh the Tobacco Flower was gorgeous.

And yes, I remember in the 90s that Chanel No 5 would always be on the stands/displays with other perfumes. Not at all like today in terms of price point or a whole section for Chanel.

There was a hair shine finishing spray by Toni and Guy in a glass bottle, the smell was utterly divine, I still have a bottle that is probably about 15 years old that I just sniff occasionally, I would pay good money for this to return and an actual body perfume.

Stella the original rose and amber perfume by Stella McCartney. Why was it discontinued? 😞 I've got a small amount in an old bottle here and have a sniff every now and again!

Same. I’ve worn it forever. I’ve got about half an inch left in the bottle. The Diptyque Rose is very similar though (although sadly about 3 times the price).
