"casual Christmas sparkle" work party dress code

Please help me find something suitable! Work do in a bar in central London. Dress code is casual Christmas sparkle whatever the hell that means.

I do normally love dressing up for a party but on the flip side sort of relieved I don't need to be on the hunt for a new party dress. I think most colleagues will be pretty casual. Any suggestions of what to wear? I'd like to feel like I've made a bit of an effort, without looking out of place.

Asda have some nice Christmas sparkle bits in if you don't want to spend a lot.

Bought myself this yesterday and I look fabulous, if I do say so myself.
