Btw: Amazon Haul are offering £11 off - no minimum spend - with code: LUCKY11 - today only.

I’m mentioning it as they have some branded makeup/skincare available- e.g. Pixi, Cowshed.

They also have some good make up storage,(I bought some of this), and stuff such as wash cuffs, make up headbands, (got some of these, too!)

ITookYourJoob · 11/11/2025 17:14

Thank you for sharing - got the Amazon haul and Clarins. Also looking at Boots box, but don’t know if it’s interesting enough. I feel I’ve tried most of those things already 🙄

Apologies if this has been mentioned already;

Clarins are doing 11 samples with most purchases today - eight are pre-selected and you can choose the remaining three.

Postage is £2.95 for small orders, but you have to select that, otherwise it defaults to £3.95.

I bought a men’s cracker for £12 even though DH has less than zero interest in skincare, (but maybe it’s time he starts). That seemed to give me another men’s gift of samples for free, plus the 11. The whole lot cost under £15 with postage. I went through TCB, who were offering 6.8% on Clarins, but it doesn’t seem to have tracked.

I do like the Clarins samples - so was pretty happy with my haul.

Oooo thank you for this. Seems my husband is getting the £12 cracker for Christmas too 🤣 that's my minis sorted for my weekend away though 🩷 I went through TCB, thanks again, so I'll let you know if it tracks on mine

Could you please share a link to the storage you purchased? I’m interested in other people’s Amazon storage for beauty and makeup recommendations too.

keepincool · 11/11/2025 17:20

I'm not tempted by the Boots Showstopper - thankfully for my bank balance!

Oh I would be interested too. I definitely need plenty of ideas, I've bought so much without even thinking of where I'll put it 🤣 and I'm still buying 😳

Thank you for this! I also ordered one of the crackers - a lip one for my Clarins-loving mother. I think I'll buy a decent evening bag and put the Clarins samples and cracker in there along with a few scent samples as a bonus Christmas present for her.

Oh I didn't see a lip one 😔

IlovePond · 11/11/2025 17:26

Hi @BakeOffRewatch @JoRaRaRa et al,

I got these:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B0DT9JT2VG

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B0F3CC4QNL

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B0DTPLDTWY

And a brush cleaning pot:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B0DHSVV359

They have revolutionised my storage.

I have just ordered a couple of make up travel/storage bags as well, but can’t vouch for them as they may be rubbish!

JoRaRaRa · 11/11/2025 17:23

There were 2 lip ones - one called prime and pout or something and another with a lip oil, which is the one I got. There's still time to do another order, just use DH's email address ha ha

2025istheyeari · 11/11/2025 17:28

Up to 30% off at Liberty for beauty drop members. Doesn’t apply to advent calendar ( thankfully!) but eg 20% off hourglass palettes

eta not just for beauty drop members and not just on beauty!

I refuse to pay postage again 🤣 I do already have plenty of lip products, and I'm sure my husband will be grateful of more skincare ☺️

I've got this one in my bathroom. It houses all my current in use products. I really like it although the lid has cracked a bit now.

I've been in the office all day so been kept away from most temptation. I did find myself in Boots at lunch and managed to buy an eye primer though.

I almost bought some £10 Tuesday stuff very early this morning but ran out of time to properly browse and talked myself out of it.

Very annoying that the Boots Showstopper is not available on the app as I think you can't get the same offers/discounts on the website as in the app

If you put it in your basket on the website, it then appears in your basket in the app.

That’s a great recommendation. I’ll get the solid block one if the transparent bit is prone to cracking. I thought a transparent one might be better to see what’s inside

Thank you very much for this @IlovePondi got the men’s cracker too ! I signed in on my Clarins account that I did not know I had , and found a £15 voucher and it also added 3 men’s samples on top of the original 11. I chose a smallish cleanser worth £16 with my voucher so I got it for £1. With your tip re postage I got the lot for around £15. amazing 🤩

I do like being able to see inside. It's still functional. They're sturdy enough for the low price but I guess won't last years and years.

I just bought a book type pencil case with slots after seeing a youtuber a while ago recommend one for eye/lip pencil storage and being able to see what you have. Mine are currently in a zip pencil case but rummaging around isn't ideal especially when in a rush.

Me too, it's annoying when I bought the tried and tested edit yday 😐 I'm going to stop buying things on release day.

I've ended up re-ordering with the gift card and refusing delivery on the edits I ordered yesterday, it annoyed me that much that they put the offer on the day after launch 🤣

Does the £15 voucher offer stack with the edit now? It wasn’t earlier

Try adding anotger £50 item on top of your basket and it should add the gift card Then remove the item you added and it should still be there if your total soend is still £50+. That worked for me earlier when I bought the efit plus the fragrance cracker, with the BDAY15 code to take 15% off both
