It's a good buy if you want the serum. I have some from previous edits and not tried it yet.

I want to try the Bio effect serum but I’m still not tempted by the CB edit. I’d never pay full price for the serum anyway, and £90 for an edit feels a bit too pricey

I think it's because it also has the zelens serum in that's priced at £125 so it has 2 expensive full size serums 😊

I've only had the power b serum, which I did like but didn't love, which is probably good as that's expensive too 🤣 I'm also looking forward to trying the other products. Also the full size of the Vintners daughter serum is £205 😳 we only get 5ml, but hopefully I won't fall in love with that either 🤣

Zelens has been in TK Maxx a fair bit recently for around £13. Inc the power d.

I think it goes on the finishing powder, which is why I've put the swan colours into the fox palette. I like the fox artwork, but the colours from that one are too dark for me. You can only customise on the hourglass website.

I can't remember the order exactly, but I think it's deer and horse for light skin, swan for medium and fox for dark. I'm sure someone else will be along soon to confirm exactly 😊

I'm aiming for a low buy next year. Not no buy because there is some stuff I'm planning for like the Tatcha fukuburo event in Jan. I want to try their new serum and probably replace a couple of things so I'm waiting for that.

Fortunately edits have lost some of their shiny appeal a year into discovering them. I've not bought any of the Boots ones and it's been quite a while since I bought a CB or LF one. I've dropped all my subscriptions apart from Beauty Drop. There's the odd thing I have in mind for BF deals but hoping I can stay strong in the face of any BAC reductions.😄

I've learned loads this year about what I like using and what I don't so I've done a lot of culling via Vinted or passing stuff on that I thought I might use but now know I probably won't.

I wouldn't exactly put me in the discerning category just yet but I'm getting there. 😂
