Meghan looks stunning in her black suit.

I had this suit in the mid seventies. I recall a necklace like that early eighties. The suit I wore to death clubbing. I did have a little silk top underneath, white, sleeveless, also had an emerald top. I felt very Bee Gees chick. 😂

I bet if you went on Etsy, eBay or trawled the charity shops you'd find a vintage one.

Does anyone make suits better than Giorgio Armani?

Mr Armani will be a very hard act to follow. I agree Meghan looks really good in that suit, because aside from the fact that it is a fabulous suit, it fits and is not creased. Makes a world of difference

I don't know but my son at university in Leeds phoned me one day very excited. He'd found an Armani dinner suit which had about 80% off in his size in Harvey Nicks. He looked like a Hollywood star in it. Unfortunately because of rugby he outgrew it.

The cut, stitching was exquisite.

I feel like the early 2000s have come back into fashion. I wore a suit with a similar cut to Meghan's for an awards ceremony back in 2005. Mine was from Oasis though 😂. The award was well earned at least!

I think Meghan looked superb last night, really stunning. Her swept back hair had more height to it (through back-combing I presume, or leaving in some natural curl), than it did last Saturday. It looked so much better like that. The addition of the chunky necklace was perfection.

That's the third all black outfit of hers I've loved. I thought her black dress last Saturday looked stunning, and she looked fab in the black suit she wore for the Emma Grede podcast.

I also loved Catherine's all olive ensemble from the other day. I love the colour block look and lines of it. Businesslike but high fashion and quite fun. And a nice nod to Victoria Beckham's Netflix premier.

I hope suits are back after years of dreary dress down!

The hospital bumph told me to bring in a skirt post surgery. WHAT!!! I don't own skirts haven't done for years. Dresses or tops and trousers. Well I panicked. My daughter in law came to the rescue her granny a very elegant lady who wears skirts has catalogues which she's lent to me. So now there's three skirts on the way 🙈

She does a shirt-and-trousers combo really well, but I do wish she’d learn to choose trousers that don’t crease so badly! It completely ruins the look.

(Although, you could say the same about the chap next to her…)

I think this is a classic Meghan look, the striped shirt with the sleeves rolled up, and the navy trousers. I like it, including the tan belt and shoes, which add contrast without standing out.

I love the shirt - think its the Ralph Lauren she once wore to Wimbledon. I have a similar one from WNU.

I don't think the creasing is particularly bad in this instance, but she does have form! I think when the clothes are beige or white it's more noticable. The shirt put me in mind of the Ralph Lauren one, too.

Another good look from Meghan. With her and Catherine’s lovely tan heels this week, I am coveting a pair.

Stand down the crease police! Meghan did her ironing (well, someone did her ironing), but those trousers are for wearing, including walking and sitting as well as posing for the cameras. Creases are a sign of class: she's wearing natural fibres, not plastic.

I like that look on Meghan. The creasing is minimal this time and at least it is from where she has sat down. Previously she has looked like her clothes are creased because they have just been taken
out of a plastic bag ie creasing in random places. That’s what looks messy imo. And thank the Lord she has stepped away from the beige 😆

Hmm, well if the royal fashion instagram account has correctly ID’d the trousers, then they are in fact 100% polyester and not natural fabric. Not that it matters at all either way, I’m just responding to a comment.

I totally get that some trousers crease when you wear them, of course they do. I just think that if I knew I was going to be photographed standing up, I would wear something that didn’t crease 🤷‍♀️

But like I said in my post, she still looks good.
