@OvaHere sometimes I wonder if you have fine faces for all the stuff you have

I've done a spreadsheet for CB, SNK and Fenwick this evening. I was a bit less strict than my previous 'do I actively want it' and ranked all products instead on a will I keep it basis.

They are all in a tie at 21 products per calendar that I would keep. So that hasn't helped me jettison one of them.

Realised a flaw in my Frankenstein calendar plan. The 63 kept products from the above plus however many kept from last years Shiseido is not only still excessive but probably won't all fit into one singular AC box even with a lot of them being minis. 🤔

It's like having to choose a favourite child. 😂

Tbh that would be useful. I do sell a fair bit from kits etc. on Vinted so it's not quite as bad as it may appear but it's still bad enough.

Really I should just pick one.

Bastards! I bought mine as soon as it was released and they wouldn’t let me use blc on it then. Maybe I should return and repurchase?

The pastel eye shadows are in the fragrance edit which has 40 products. The classic curation has 35 products. I love that day 25 is a tonne of stuff. I actually think I really like this calendar. Want to do my pricing by category but can’t copy and paste the product names in the app.

It wouldn’t accept BL if I logged in but did when I checked out as a guest. No clue why.

@BakeOffRewatch I like CB, I initially dismissed it after the first spoilers but I now I do like it overall. There's no escaping DoD in any of them but I think it's mainly a nice selection. My main criticism other than the palette colour would be lack of cleanser but they did state it would lean make up heavy this year.

I like it much more than I thought I would and will likely decide to buy as I have rewards left from when recycle me was good. I think the ltd edition version is better (with the fragrances) despite the offending pastel palette. I still wish the box was more festive and less trying to be ‘edgy’.

@Addictedtobeauty I miss the old recycle me scheme. I have a huge box of empties I need to do something with. I did download the Boots app but I'm not sure it will work for me as I'll end up spending £10 for the sake of it. I suppose I could still send them to recycle me but others seem to have had problems getting the codes to work against a lot of things. I know I should do it just to be good about recycling but I need some incentive to face the post office queue on a lunchtime.

I think CB might be the one. I feel that feeling even without analysis. Just looks like it would be a pleasure to open everyday, lots of full sizes - I am vehemently against minis or deluxe or travel or whatever they’re calling it, waste of packaging and don’t get the benefits, and some really effective products like Medik8.

i keep trying to make myself like the Liberty but too large a proportion of fragrances. The limited CB is crammed with products so five fragrances isn’t that much of it.

No silly items either like wrist bands, bag, scrunchies, hair claws.

Are you anywhere near Harrods or a H beauty store? They recycle and it’s a very good scheme- literally turn up with the empties and ask at the till.

Technically 4. The Glow Recipe dewy drops is a liquid blush and CT wand could be a blush but more like a highlighter in that shade.

Ah thank you! Not familiar with all the products. I love a highlighter especially since last season’s Francesca Bridgerton glass skin look.

I will be getting CB next week when it launches. What I'm less sure about is whether to be naughty and get one or two more or just make a Vinted wish list from the other two contenders.

The CT wands are nice. I dismissed them for ages, even sold one or two from AC/edits, then ended up actually trying one from the CB blush edit and discovered I did really like it. 😂

I thought “dewy drops niacinmide” was skin care. I should probably look properly and categorise before committing.

Out of the lists I’ve made so far, here’s my opinions based on half remembered info:

Maybe Liberty - will make use of all the £600 worth of skincare, but not the fragrance or make up. Just doesn’t excite me for some reason but I love the box and festivity, quality and customer service of Liberty

No to F&M - too hotel-y spa-like for me and not brands I’m interested in

Curious about but no to Harrods - skincare in this is excellent, even dismissing the exaggerated value stuff, I love MZ Skin. Only one fragrance which is a pro for me

No to Harvey Nichols - brands aren’t my cup of tea and loss of tools and accessories

Curious about but no to Space NK - I really like the skincare in this one, lots of full sizes, but skincare is smaller proportion. Don’t like the make up at all

I think you should decide to get three now and enjoy choosing which three you’d like, rather than panic buying at the last minute and ending up with ones you might prefer less.

Also Vinted is hard work!

@BakeOffRewatch they claim it's blush that is also skincare. I already have this so it's on my sell on list. It's quite nice, a subtle dewy flush as you would expect. Doesn't have a lot of longevity so not something I would repurchase.

@OvaHere you have to treat yourself to a second or even third BAC I order you to, in fact all us RHOBAC do or else! 😂

Only if fellow RHOBAC's follow suit. I don't want to be out here in December looking like the only GreedyMcGreedyFace in town. 😜
