I agree @LouScot - M&S are really missing the mark - putting the price up and lowering the quality!

LF have a Perricone MD edit. It looks quite nice but is an expensive edit at £89. I've seen a few people say PMD has nice products but to be honest I'd always assumed it was an 'avant' type brand - overpriced for the purpose of beauty boxes. What does everyone think of the brand?

If anyone has a disabled person's railcard (and possibly any other type of railcard) there is a great Gruum offer with it. The offer is a free Gruum set from a selection of 4, you just pay postage. I chose the Refresh one which I'll gift to my DN who lives in sunnier climes. The others also include a £5 or £10 voucher to spend at Gruum. I also picked up a set of 3 miniature scents for £7.99 and the 170g spicy Naranja candle for a tenner. The whole lot with postage cost me £22.94.

I've only ever used a clay mask from perricone, which I picked up for £9 from LF in a sale. It was OK, nothing special.

I’ve run out of Sunday Riley Vitamin C Serum, it’s £100 for 50ml! Any edits with it in? Or any other Vit C that people rate in an edit? I’m a bit like @idonthaterainbows now, the edits are such good value I’d rather buy one of those and use it up.

My Hourglass palette came, with sample lipstick. It’s gorgeous 💋

SR has been very absent this year from BAC after a few prolific years. The H&B AC has a 10% Vit C in it although I can't say what it's like.

Maybe try picking up the Tatcha one from SNK on Vinted?

I really like the Allies of Skin one but that's even more expensive and I've not seen it in an edit or BAC.

I think the Perricone set is a good deal, some of those products are really expensive individually, unless you can find them at TK Maxx. The eye cream is £64 on its own (21.99 at TK Maxx).

I'm reluctant to buy the set though. I really like the look of the cleanser and I can get a much bigger size of that from TK Maxx for 14.99.

Oh Gosh that is a thing of beauty! I've just googled and seen the Stag illustrated one and it is now top of my Christmas list. I know it was discussed on the advent thread, but was it on offer by any chance as I can't remember.

I’m on my 2nd pair of Tourist sandals and I have 2 pairs of the ballet shoes. Just so comfortable ☺️

I am grateful to mumsnet for suggesting tourist sandals as it has performed brilliantly throughout this summer with two holidays in Spain and mutiple UK trips.taking them to Leicester for Navratri dancing festival for the final outing of this year.When I went to Cardiff store to try and order they found an account under my address and asked me if I was Mrs X, I had to laugh as Mrs X was the previous owner who was 80 yr old lady and I am half of that!

That is funny @SavageGarden23 . Following in her home and shoes. I’ve looked them up, they don’t look that bad. I wear Skechers so sort of pre-hotter reputation? I bought some Gabor sandals last summer that are insanely comfortable when I was pregnant, but I really struggled with purchasing “old lady shoes” in the shop, DH said be sensible no one is looking at a pregnant woman’s footwear. They were mules with adjustable straps so great for swollen feet and the foot bed was removable and washable. Like walking on a cloud.
