This Hourglass palettes are stunning and I don't even really use eyeshadow, and I use a liquid blush. Where are they stocked if I wanted to try one out?

I'm not sure if they are in physical stores just yet but last year I tried one out in Harvey Nicks around Oct time. Harrods usually sell them too. They might be exclusive to the HG website for a period of time though.

I caved and bought the Swan palette and matching brush, it will go into my DIY advent which will have all my favourite things in.

I'm wavering again now. I need to see a demo of the Swan palette on pale skin, think Han Beauty has one coming. I'm not feeling the Deer one this year. Maybe I'll get this and the Lancome holiday gift instead of a BAC.

My fox one has just arrived. I've got it with the swan colours. I'm going to be good and not open it properly. I don't feel like the flower on the brush properly matches the fox palette though, I think it should've been blue 🤔 I've received a free sample which I'm going to pop into my advent calendar 😊

Do it!! 😈 The artwork is so beautiful 😍 I wish I could buy them all. My order of favourites is fox, swan, deer then horse. A horse doesn't feel like wildlife to me, it feels a bit odd one out. Maybe an hedgehog, rabbit or squirrel, that's just my thoughts anyway 🤣

I'll be near a SNK next week so may need to go in and experiment with a palette if they've got them then... This thread is ruinous.

I do have to remind myself sometimes I’ve only got one face and only put make up on once a day usually!

Need to see some demo videos first. If Swan looks too dark for me then it's a no. I don't like the lighter Deer palette enough to want it as a 2nd one.

First HG Demo video up. Charlotte is not a good shade match for me but I like her demos. I'm waiting for the Han Beauty one which will give me a better idea. I expect she will put it out some time today or tomorrow.

Thanks @OvaHere - interesting video. As I have zero idea how the face setting powders are supposed to work I really wanted to see those in action, but it wasn’t to be.

Having seen the blush/bronzer/highlighter combos on her, I think I like the idea of these palettes more than the reality. Perhaps it was her foundation that was putting me off - it looked very yellow on my screen 🤷‍♀️

As I mentioned previously- if HG did a blusher/highlighter/eyeshadow palette, that would be straight in my basket!

It's because all EA capsules have Dimethicone/Dimethicone Crosspolymer and also Dimethiconol quite high up on the ingredients list - those will leave a film on your skin, so these capsules should be last step in your night routine.

Thanks @OvaHere Really interesting to watch Hans video. I don’t have the same warmth as her but I still feel as though the deer palette would be too light. I’m now keen to see how the horse one fares

I was very underwhelmed with the Deer palette. I think the Swan one might actually work fine for me even though it's sold as the med tone palette. Hmmm...

I really like the look of the swan one but think it may be too similar to evil eye that I got last year

I've just been watching the Morgan Turner video on the palettes. She compared them all to last years. The Swan and Evil Eye are barely distinguishable from each other.

Really doesn't seem worth it for anyone who has Evil Eye.

OK, based on what I’ve learned from all of your useful links, I’m going to pass on the Hourglass palettes and work on renewing my love for the neglected one I bought back in 2020 😌

I am in London this weekend, do we think the HG palettes will be in store?
