Done to death I am sure...best shower gel

I fancy a new shower gel! I use a huge variety from Jo Malone (lovely but probably not worth it financially) to Molton Brown (as before) to Waitrose own brand etc.

Any suggestions please? I quite fancy a moisturising one but not wedded to that.

Has anyone tried the new Lidl shower gel range? It's going for an 'apothecary' vibe with dark bottles and essential oil based scents. I bought the orange and petitgrain one yesterday and it's delicious, smells like something far more expensive than about £2 - complete with Lidl card discount! I hope it's a regular rather than a one off.

Sanex, also good for shaving.

Ok so the soap recommended up thread has arrived and it’s fabulous!! Smells amazing and is really special I can’t wait to use it shortly.

I am wondering though how to use it in the shower, with a sponge? What’s the best way to convert to using soap in the shower instead of gel?
(sorry if this question is not in the spirit of the thread)

Much bigger than I expected and smells very good! I also ordered a lemon one and I can smell them through the packaging. I shall report back.

Ok so I used the soap in the shower and it feels very different than shower gel. My skin feel clean but not slippy, totally different feeling. I would say I would have to use a moisturiser if I continue using it. I also used the sponge 😂

There is no strong smell but I do feel clean.

Don't drop it on your toe , it bloody hurts
I love those soaks , the pictures draw me in then the smell , I see if it lives up to it.
Not a lavender fan so I steer clear of that.

I did try a couple of the showergels , underwhelming .
