I fancy a new shower gel! I use a huge variety from Jo Malone (lovely but probably not worth it financially) to Molton Brown (as before) to Waitrose own brand etc.

Any suggestions please? I quite fancy a moisturising one but not wedded to that.

My DD bought me the L'occitane Almond shower oil which I love ... however in this hot weather I'm not as keen and need something lighter, fresher and citrussy. The waitrose own brand ones are fab and very cheap. Love the grapefruit one.

Gosh, scent preference is so personal.
I did love many of the suggestions above - not mentioned are The Body Shop British rose (if you love fresh rose rather than jammy rose) and Moringa shower gels.

We’re currently away and the products in the bathroom at The White Company - flowers. Smells lovely!

when at home, I generally buy whatever’s on offer. I like Treacle moon. If I can find it, Nivea do one that smells like sun cream!

They have the almond shower oil with lemon. It’s amazing and it’s in the sale at the moment because it was limited edition and I think it’s being discontinued 😭

@Yogachick love this shower gel! I’ve tried a couple of the others from Naturium but this is my fave and yes it lasts ages so I think it’s great value too

This is exactly where I've settled. I use Santa Maria novella soap - it's dreamy and their OG shop which is basically a museum in Florence is my happy place.

Then finish on the almond shower oil for amazing fragrance and moisturizing. I don't feel it really cleanses my skin enough on its own without the soap.

I like Sanctuary shower gel. I tried the L’occitane almond one and it barely smelled of anything and just wasn’t up to much.

Faith in Nature are lovely.

Space NK Caribbean Shores, Naturium Glow Getter, anything from Hello Klean (especially if you live in a hard water area)

Nesti Dante Villages & Monasteries bar soap - I hate shower gel or any other detergent on my body, much prefer proper soap! This one smells like frankinscense, dry and woody with a hint of vanilla.

The M&S fragrance society ones are a good option - I like the blue one best, but the pink one is a good alternative to MB.

Then Avon original SSS dry oil body spray.

Now, this is a product I have never got the hype for! Someone once said it was good for repelling mosquitos so Avon reps seem have been pedalling the myth ever since-I think it smells dreadful, is horribly slimey and doesn't nothing whatsoever to ward off mosquitos 😂

It's called a body wash but basically a shower gel, Pears it smells really nice and leaves me moisturised.

Yes, the blue one is lovely for Summer.

I agree. I much prefer a bar of soap. Imperial Leather is a favourite.

Molton Brown rose dunes is my favourite. M&S apothecary Warmth is also very nice and a good dupe for le labo santal 33.

I seem to get bought tons of shower gels for Xmas so have tried a lot! I like The Sanctuary but most cheap ones are fine too. I like the Original source lime or mint.

although I love L’Occitane generally, the almond oil stuff doesn’t smell nice to me and the texture is horrible! I definitely prefer foaming to shower oil.
