Vest tops which eliminate the armpit scrotum pouch.

Do they exist? In my imagination I see something with a chic square neckline and thicker shoulder strap(bra friendly) which come right up under the armpit therefore hiding that irritating little purse full of fat and saggy skin.

I will pay good money if this can be found IRL!

It doesn’t have to have a square neckline.

Scooped also fine :-)

I beg your pardon?

custardlover · 01/06/2025 21:40

And you can have it! You are pardoned.

The armpit what ??

Allthepictureframes · 01/06/2025 21:41

Tis the holy grail of vest tops op and I’ve not found it yet. Shall watch this thread with interest!

fiorentina · 01/06/2025 21:41

Something like this or a slightly slouchier style is the most flattering. However I would say that by doing weights I’ve managed to
reduce underarm flab thank goodness. So worth a try!

custardlover · 01/06/2025 21:46

Thank you - the frill is interesting - I wish it had a more open neck though… I will keep searching.

And yes, weights to eliminate the armpit ballsack! Indeed. Probably not in time for the summer holiday but for 2026 for sure…

Have you tried getting a bigger bra cup size and stuffing everything in the bra? Bra fitting gurus like to say "it's all breast tissue". I rather doubt that, but they're not wrong about tucking it all frontwards.

If you meant a little bit of arm flab getting compressed when you have your arms down by your side - my arm flab sympathises very flabbily, but the answer is weights.

LegoTherapy · 01/06/2025 21:51

Could a seamstress sew them up to lessen the arm hole area? I’ve thought about doing that with some of mine that are too low.

Alas, years of weights have toned my arms and shoulders but the armpit nutsack remains. Possibly age, or the fact I like cheese and wine slightly too much 🤣🤣
Also, possibly genetic. Wasn’t there some uber gorgeous very slim famous woman who on the red carpet said she had “armpit vaginas”??

Cap and flutter sleeves sort of work.

Or a thicker fabric and not too low cut at the front.

Was also thinking of cap sleeved t-shirts. You could always pin the sleeves up at the shoulder, leaving the rest loose to act as a cunning disguise.

Basics are inevitable to find in almost every wardrobe out there. Our basic tops help bind an outfit together and this top makes no exception. Wear it with a shacket on top, a pair of relaxed mom-jeans, and chunky boots and you get a relaxed and cool e...

IReallyLoveItHere · 01/06/2025 22:01

Can you look for something low cut then shorten the seam at the shoulder to make the arm hole smaller? Would make the whole top shorter but can account for that.

LogicalBlodge · 01/06/2025 22:02

For clingier vests you want to size down to eliminate the gape.

Westfacing · 01/06/2025 22:05

Is this what you're after?

Last year I bought a few of these from M&S - the arm holes are snug!

No idea but the title made me laugh a lot because I know exactly what you mean Grin

BemusedBrenda · 02/06/2025 15:04

I know exactly what you mean! It's not breast tissue as a PP said, too high under the armpit to be stuffed into a bra and very unsightly. Alas I too have resorted to cap and flutter sleeves rather than proper vests.

custardlover · 02/06/2025 20:35

I feel sure I have seen fancy vests advertised as ‘armpit genitalia-free’ or something close to that.

IbizaToTheNorfolkBroads · 02/06/2025 20:46

I think you need to look for sleeveless T shirts rather than vest tops.

shallishanti · 02/06/2025 21:39

is there no end to the parts of our bodies we are meant to be ashamed of ?

notnorman · 02/06/2025 21:50

I embrace my armpit vaginas

Offleyhoo · 02/06/2025 21:52

I have some from M&S called something like cotton rich slash neck vest top which have non alarming arm holes and, weirdly, are super flattering.

MMAMPWGHAP · 02/06/2025 21:55

I’ve spent some time adjusting a sewing pattern to produce just this. I now have 4 of them in assorted colours.
Very proud of myself as only recently returned to dressmaking after at least 30 years.
Something similar has been following me on Instagram. Will see if I can find it.
