I hope no one minds me starting a new thread. I couldn't see one.

Finally a use for the Gu pots!! I just tried one out, reminds me too much of my teenage incense burning days! Overall I am very happy with this, even the cones. I’m not keen on the Bamford stuff though, I have a glut of it from various other boxes, doesn’t feel luxury to me.

@Alabas That's what I have in mind to use too!

I’ll use it all but don’t find this box especially exciting and still happy to cancel and go for something different.

Just tried the incense (the orange blossom one) and I hate it. I love scented candles so thought I might enjoy these but it's awful. Just smells strong and incensey and has given me a headache. In the bin it goes. It really does smell like being a teenager again, no wonder I wasn't allowed to burn this stuff in my bedroom!

Mines just arrived. I like both perfumes especially the larger one.

Not a fan of incense. I suppose it's not that different to a nice candle but it's pushing things to the limit of what I want to see in beauty boxes.

Not impressed with the state of this box, it's filthy. How long have these been lying around?

The larger perfume has settled down really nicely, very sweet smelling. Incense cones, hmmm. I’ve stuck one in a GU pot and it’s meant to be gardenia but it just smells of incense- ie like an old hippy shop. Moisturiser- super handy. I’ll give it 6/10!

I haven't tried the cones yet but I kept wondering about buying them so it's good to get a tester

@OvaHere that’s odd. My Zelens is absolutely fine. Quite pleased with this box - nice to get a perfume sample bigger than 2ml, and I’ll use both moisturisers and the body wash. May offer the incense cones to the DC as not really my thing.

My box has just arrived and I'm very happy with it. I have a job interview this week and debating wearing the larger perfume for it - this decision will take up more of my interview prep time than it probably should!

I like the incense (just used a burner that I've had as an ornament for a while) but to me all incense smells the same whatever the scent. I like it when I'm in the mood but it could never replace or compete with a good candle.

Also, my Zelens box is fine too

Mine is 9 stops away!
I'm expecting Ebay and Vinted to be full of the incense cones by next week!

@AprilLady @TreesinthePark I'm sure the product inside is just fine. It was probably dropped or something.

Good news for the incense lovers. 😄

There’s a couple of things I’ve already had in Liberty advents (Ghost of Tom and Bamford Citrus) but I’m pleased with the box overall.

Nice to have an 8ml perfume. The scent is nice although really similar to Lancôme La Vie est Belle on me!

I’d never imagined incense would be something I’d spend more than a few pounds on until I got some Vyrao sticks in a Liberty edit – their Ember scent smells amazing.

I really love the perfume, really happy to get two moisturisers, hand-wash is fine, not really sure about the incense, I'll have to rummage about in the kitchen later to find something to use as a burner.

You can put it on a plate, it just goes to ash.

I think the incense is a bit of fun that I would never dream of buying. I like both perfumes, with Ghost of Tom being the current favourite. The moisturisers are good useful products ( anti-aging is a plus). Overall a very good box I think.

My Yodel says mine won’t get delivered until Thursday!

Me too, and I'm away for the weekend at mid day so fingers crossed it arrives early!

The larger of the two perfumes is out of stock on the Liberty website which is a bit of a shame if anyone wanted to use their BD vouchers on it.

@OvaHere there were two complete new beauty drop boxes on Ebay a couple of hours ago and both have now sold.
I think the larger perfume was the main reason they went so quickly, I wasn't fast enough to buy one 😀

Mine’s coming on Thursday too ☹️. It sounds much better than some of the boxes last year. I’m pleased to be getting two perfumes, even if one is tiny, and I love incense.

Bit of a dud for me I think, the bigger perfume smells okay and I will use it, the shower gel is a really boring repeat but I’m going away next weekend and it’s the right size for a couple of quick showers. sick of augustinus Bader but again will probably use up on my body, will use the zelens stuff and pass the incense things on to dd. The smaller perfume is not a smell I like at all.
Not too disappointed though, usually there’s at least 1 or 2 things in there that I’m really excited about and more often than not I end up buying something full sized from it after trying it. So a bit of a pass for me this time but it’s no great loss.
