Work shoes...these, these or these?

Been on a bit of a hunt for smart casual work (office) shoes. Never bought from Urban Outfitters before, does anyone know about the quality? Undecided which style to go for. Already have Dr Martens Adrian but wondered about a change. They can feel very clumpy sometimes, albeit very comfy.
I usually wear ankle grazer trousers or jeans or black opaque tights with mini skirts.

Boden

Another vote for the Mary Jane's here.

I like the Jones ones and the Boden. I have found that Urban Outfitters own brand stuff is very hit and miss in terms of quality.
Would your budget extend to Rusell and Bromley? Beautiful classic loafers that last forever

I can't stand loafers but I know that's a me issue and they're very popular.

Uo love them going to order them my self.

I know they aren't on your list but I have DM Mary Jane's with the two straps and they're very very comfortable! The buckles are dulled brass colour which I prefer to shiny silver or gold.

I like the urban outfitters best. The other ones are really not a style I find appealing.

The Russell & Bromley loafers do last for ever.

Like a PP I have two pairs that I bought nearly 30 years ago.

I would bet my house that shoes bought today wouldn't last 30 years of use ! The quality is nothing like it once was across most brands. Nothing is build to last anymore.

R and B shoes are still extremely hard wearing and they also do a refurb service to keep them looking good. I’ve got 15 year old boots which still look great and stuff I’ve bought in the last couple of years there has been of the same high standard.

I’m going against the grain here but I don’t love the mary janes. They’re what I call evacuee shoes; all you’d need is a gas mask and a tag attached to your coat and you’d look like an extra from Goodnight Mr Tom.

I’d go with the Boden loafers at a push.

Fine, I'm my opinion they are not good as previously. Yes they are better than a lot of the high street.

Just a note. I bought those Boden ones and ended up sending them back as they were huge! I bought a 6 and they were more like a 7. And quite heavy/clumpy too. I liked them though but just too big.

I ended up getting two pairs from Office and New Look for the same price as the Boden pair

I have these Steve Mono ones. They’ve been worn to death, I’ve done a lot of walking in them and they still look almost as good as new. They are insanely comfortable - definitely more a summer shoe though!

@alloutofcareunits I just love them! I can't wear them myself due to surgeries I think they are really well made and lovely.
My friend has them and wears them with these amazing trousers from Japan that are almost a waffle cotton but definitely not pajama-y 😍

The mary janes are horrible, the loafers are nicest, any of them

The Boden loafers are horrible. The Jones ones are marginally less awful.

All black loafers in my head are 'dinner lady' shoes, because at my secondary school they all wore them, bare legs/nude or black tights depending the season, knee length loose skirt and a pale top & a checked tabard.

Bodens look like something a pilgrim would wear stepping off the Mayflower.

Go to the clearance section on next website and type in loafers . Filter to women's and next .. there are a few styles that went in the sale that are super comfy and soo cheap

I work there and I'm not sure there are so many left as they are a bargain
