Money no object - best mascara

What is the ultimate mascara? Humour me and tell me which one you would choose of the millions out there.

Diorshow Waterproof.

I think it’s the best. It was recommended to me by a make up artist and despite the insane price, I think it’s worth it.

I think mascara is tricky, because different brushes and lashes mean different mascaras work on different people. But if you can try it, I think you should because I honestly have never used anything better.

Thanks! In truth the price isn’t terrifying. I buy very little makeup and am generally disappointed if I follow recommendations for cheaper products.

These threads always tempt me to try something else but Chanel waterproof doesn't irritate my eyes or rub off on my oily lids so I stick with it. It's also easy to remove.

I wear brown so it narrows down the choices quite a bit anyway.

Clinique Lashpower for me. I usually buy a pack of 3 at the the airport duty free. It doesn't smudge under my eyes ever. It's a 'tube' type. Guess there are other similar ones around but I have used this for years.

Just the one that doesn’t have ‘l’extreme’ or ‘doll eyes’ etc after Hypnose. It just says Hypnose.
