Excited for this year as I didn't get one last year. Shall we say no spoilers before 7am?

Trying the 'this works' body cream tonight. It smells a bit medicinal

I honestly can't wait to try it again tonight, hope you sleep well 🌛

TENSsion · 15/12/2024 07:33

The product today is fine but I’m a bit “meh” about it. Possibly because of the spacing between this and a very similar product only two days ago.

Bitchillywillytoday · 15/12/2024 08:02

The small perfume a No5 dupe? never, smells nothing like it I wear No5 a lot. To me all it smells of is cheap sweets, cloying and sweet. Another to give away, and the lid is broken......

Todays is yet another that will be given away, due to lavender smell.

bluebeck · 15/12/2024 08:08

I tried the deep sleep body stuff just on my hands last night, and I did sleep really well.

I will give away today’s Cowshed body lotion. It is something DD will use but I won’t.

I am desperate for a new night cream for my face…

ThePoshUns · 15/12/2024 08:11

I used the this works cream last night and I slept like a log. Disappointed to get another body lotion so soon after the this works.
Another one for the travel bag.

GingerPanda · 15/12/2024 08:26

Ooh nice I like this scented lotion

Disturbia81 · 15/12/2024 10:44

Nice cream BUT there are so many lavender smelling things so far.

Chrysanthemum5 · 15/12/2024 12:23

I got totally mixed up with boxes and opened 15 yesterday and 16 today so will stay quiet until I'm back on schedule 😂

midnightowl · 15/12/2024 14:23

Another sleep lotion! I am pleased people are finding these good for aiding sleep but I will be passing these on.

Hawkerslife · 15/12/2024 15:42

I used the Cowshed cream after my shower this morning and it's gorgeous but I like a Lavender smell. It made my bedroom smell like a spa. I'm pleased with today's offering and hoping these decent products continue. A lipstick or a night cream would be nice or some Ren products.

ThePoshUns · 15/12/2024 18:02

Yes @Hawkerslife I'd like a lipstick to try.
At the moment I'm not sure if I'd buy again next year.

LivingDeadGirlUK · 15/12/2024 19:38

I'm sure we got some nice lip products 2 years ago, only half way through!

I bought a few of these Paw Paw balms for stocking fillers in TKMaxx (but a larger size) for £1.29, the pigment is too much for me esp in this red, another no for me to be re-gifted........not doing well at all this year.

Chickenwing2 · 16/12/2024 07:48

Yeah I've had pawpaw in previous calendars and the consistency is quite "thick". Nothing works on my lips other than carmex anyway so I will also regift this one Confused

ThePoshUns · 16/12/2024 08:27

Oh joy another paw paw lip balm. Yawn.

bluebeck · 16/12/2024 08:48

Agree, this lip balm isn’t useful.

BananagramBadger · 16/12/2024 09:00

Don’t mind the pawpaw - makes a nice change from too many hair products and bad smells! Doesn’t feel particularly moisturising though but the colour works for me.

TENSsion · 16/12/2024 09:13

I’m happy with today’s.

Disturbia81 · 16/12/2024 10:27

I'd have preferred a lipstick too. These glosses are too thick and sticky.

raffle · 16/12/2024 11:26

Yawn...worst gift yet...can only get better!

Hawkerslife · 16/12/2024 12:19

A lipstick would have been better. I feel like this is more appropriate for a teenage girl but then I don't really know much about PawPaw.

I'll use it bit it's a disappointing one today.

itsnothingoriginal · 16/12/2024 17:38

This was always going to be a DOD for me as a can't stand anything PawPaw but hey...at least it's out the way 😏

Onwards and upwards!

LivingDeadGirlUK · 16/12/2024 17:53

I will give it a go but I'm not finding these pawpaw balms very moisturising.

The lip balm is OK but not that exciting. Nevertheless, I can always use a lip balm in winter.

teacoffeeorpassthegin · 16/12/2024 18:40

It's such a cheap product I was disappointed with it but I can shove it in a bag and use it when needed I suppose!!!
