It is one sleep away! We’ve all been very patient, since Liberty London revealed their advent calendar in June this year.

Reveals from 7am GMT each morning please. This is to harmonise discussion/shift work/different time zones.

I’ve received mine today and valid until 18th December so nearly a year. Can use it on next year’s advent then!

Yes I was thinking that @BakeOffRewatch. I’m a bit torn, I’ve also been lurking on Space NK advent thread as that was my other choice. Theirs sounds fab but as it’s gone on I think I’m really pleased I got Liberty, it’s full of more expensive products that I may not have bought myself so it feels a bit more luxurious I think. Harrods looks good too but a fair few disappointing drawers for me and I don’t love the look of the calendar either!

I think they’ve hooked us all in for another year of AC with the voucher! It’s v clever really !

@Waffles21 i have Space NK too & I think I prefer Liberty. I do have a bit of Advent fatigue though. I remember when I was super happy & excited with M&S. Last year I got Vogue & I really loved it. I wanted to buy it again but didn’t like the look of this years Vogue at all. I have so much skincare now, I’m not even sure I’ll get a Calendar next year.

Thank you candle people. I think I’ll probably just bin it to be on the safe side which is a shame!

This is exactly why I think I’ll buy another advent calendar next year. I’d never have been able to justify spending RRP on this but so pleased!

I'm not keen on todays. I can't bear the minty taste.

I’d opened this earlier in December to wear to a Christmas party and love it. Goes on nicely over a lipstick or just on its own. The packaging feels luxe and nice soft applicator. I’m not 💯 on how much it works as a volumiser but it is a lovely gloss that I wouldn’t otherwise have justified due to the RRP. Pleased :)

I’ve just tried it and I love it! I was gifted the Dior lip oil earlier this year and I much prefer the La Mer, it’s less sticky and feels much more nourishing. I can see why if you don’t like the taste it wouldn’t be good though 😬the Dior one is also minty just in case you ever thought about buying that @secretbumworms

I am not sure of today's, I am not a lip gloss person, I don't like the feel.
What's it like those that love it ?

I have never had a La Mer product and to be honest this wouldn’t have been what I would have picked if offered one. But I’ll give it a go later.

Had a try and I like it. It reminds me of the Dior version. I’m going to try it with my lipstick too as I think it would work well with it.

Could someone please share a photo of the product and the wand? I’ve learned my lessons from the pricey serum and will wait to see what you all think. Is it one of those products that irritates your skin on purpose to make them fuller? I’m not interested in that, think it’s like the high heels of the face. Though I know I’m in the minority as we live in lip filler times. If it’s just a nice gloss i could use it up in summer I think.
