This is one of the reasons I bought this calendar. Love this stuff but it's pricey to buy alone.

This smells amazing! Very happy with today's!

MathsFiend · 24/12/2024 12:52

Tried this in a bath today, nice but I definitely wouldn't spend £58 on a bottle of it!

teacoffeeorpassthegin · 24/12/2024 22:51

I'm tempted to get this calendar next year it seems amazing! Does it sell out quickly? Was it pricey?

MathsFiend · 24/12/2024 23:51

It was £195. Sold out pretty quickly, though came back in stock a few times

Thanks. Pricey but sounds like value for money!

hby9628 · 25/12/2024 11:25

@teacoffeeorpassthegin i held off getting this for ages due to the price but I've loved it. You can get a preview of the items online before you buy but I am planning on getting it next year. There's lots in this years I will use.

teacoffeeorpassthegin · 26/12/2024 12:41

@hby9628 I think I'll start saving for it, just looks like there was so much good stuff in it that would be great to try!!

Mookie81 · 28/12/2024 07:20

Are we doing swaps/selling on this thread?

Roundaboot · 28/12/2024 07:53

What are you offering @Mookie81 ? I need to get rid of the hair products, Nars blusher and the primer.

Mookie81 · 28/12/2024 15:27

@Roundaboot The NARS blusher (lol), the Floral Street spray, the lipstick.
I'll have to check what else once I get home 😊.

Mookie81 · 31/12/2024 08:50

This is what I'd like to get rid of.
The box for the NARS blusher ripped when I was opening it, but the blusher is untouched, only opened to see the colour.
Is anyone interested in any of it?

I'd like the REN retinoid serum, Sunday Riley sleep oil, Murad eye serum, Brazilian bum cream, Laura Mercier eyeshadow stick, Charlotte Tilbury magic cream.

I didn't seem to get one of the patchology eye pads. Booooooo

I've just used the blow dry cream. It's great.

LivinInYourBigGlassHouseWithAView · 31/12/2024 17:29

I liked the Charlotte Tilbury magic cream I bought some more with my JL rewards £10 today in the sale.

I like it too and I'm amazed at how long that little pot is lasting.

Same here. Although I’ve nearly used up my little pot. I nearly bought another but I’ve got a few other face creams to use up first, so may add this to my birthday list.

Has anyone tried any other Charlotte tilbury skincare products that they would recommend?

hby9628 · 01/01/2025 01:21

I agree the Charlotte tilbury cream is gorgeous. Expensive though. Think I'll keep an eye out for discounts.

Roundaboot · 02/01/2025 17:14

I don't think I'm going to be swapping anything as I'm having success selling on Vinted. The MAC lipstick had loads of interest and ended up selling for £7, and I've also sold a couple of the hair things for a couple of quid each. I won't be making a fortune but it's good to give my Vinted balance a boost!

moimichme · 03/01/2025 10:58

I've given a few items away that didn't suit me, as Christmas gifts, but getting ££ for it on Vinted is even better. I've enjoyed this calendar and will use most of it. Thanks due again to DH. 😊

How’s everyone getting on with their products? What have been big hits for you and what did you find underwhelming?

l‘ve still got a few products to use as I bought two AC’s so have a lot to work my way through. Just wondering what stood out for others?

I haven't started using everything yet but I like the Charlotte Tilbury magic cream and the Living Proof products. The AA bath oil is always great. I don't notice much of a scent from the pillow spray. The Murad eye serum hasn't done much for me.

@virgocatlover That’s interesting, I really like the Murad eye cream, I feel like it’s made a noticeable difference.
I also like the CT cream, I went through it a bit quick as I used more than necessary (I’m used to a thinner cream) - luckily I have a second pot. I’m going to use this for the winter months and my usual Elemis cream for the rest of the year

Hadenough2022 · 13/02/2025 15:19

I like the blow dry cream, Elemis night cream, the perfume. Eye cream is ok so far
